We were here celebrę New Year’s Eve, reservation was required. Place was crowded and time for food was much too long. There was special menu, with higher than standard prices and two meals required which I didn’t see anywhere else. They mentioned it during reservation but still. We had a fish soup, carbonara and rice with fishes and all was ok. Caprese salad was below standard. For two people with bottle of wine we much below average.

Seven of us were visiting Venice for just a day and "happened" upon Ristorante Noemi near St Mark's square. What a fantastic find! The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we lingered far longer than we intended: it was time well spent. It was so much fun to hear my grandson exclaim, "That was the BEST restaurant I've ever been to." Worth every minute and every penny.

Great experience. Our host Asuma was the son of the owner and very attentive to our needs. The food was great and good value for money. Assistance was available for food selection and wine selection as well. Would be very happy to return and pleased to recommend to others.

At a famous local restaurant, we enjoyed the Venetian specialty, squid ink pasta. Located on the Adriatic Sea, Venice is renowned for its fresh seafood, but squid ink pasta is also a Venetian specialty. The fragrant sauce clung to the pasta and was delicious. The appetizer (we had the seafood tempura with olive oil, a taste unique to Italy) and the peach gelato for dessert were also delicious.

08/01/2026: Uncomfortable, very personal, and excellent food—I love coming here! An Ombra (a light meal) and delicious snacks are so reasonably priced that you'll happily order more than one. My friend Emilio often spends his lunch break there, and for good reason! Everything is perfect!

30/12/2025: Aperitif dinner with friends! We stopped by this place by chance for an aperitif... which almost turned into dinner. Spectacular fried food, very light, not at all greasy, and a stunning light golden color. An excellent selection of bottled wines, refined, not banal, and a fair value. Very warm welcome. Blueberry liqueur (excellent quality) offered. Informal atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try the full menu! Thanks to Silvi & Pino for the wonderful welcome.
27/12/2025: I had lunch with my family, and we shared appetizers (four out of six, and not raw), four very generous first courses, and three fried dishes (a normal, fairly mixed portion, but with a lot of fried spaghetti as the filling). Two carafes of house prosecco and four coffees. We spent over €50 each, €3.50 for a cover charge alone, eating on a veranda with paper napkins. The food wasn't bad, but the bill seemed rather excessive considering the quality and quantity, which is why I won't be returning.
