I went into the bar because of the music I could hear from the street, and once inside, I saw the bartender's passion as he prepared a cocktail, which made me want to order one because with that kind of dedication, it was definitely worth trying. I wasn't disappointed. Later, I learned his name was Carlo. The pizzas must have been delicious, judging by the aroma wafting past me.

Incredible!!! One of the best pizzas I've ever had... Every ingredient and every combination was carefully thought out. Can we talk about the staff? The girls in the dining room are wonderful... Elisa is a blast, it feels like you're having dinner at a friend's house... the best!

This is MY place in Modica. Never, ever disappointed. The waiters and service are amazing, especially Elisa. Always attentive to detail, with fresh, new, thoughtful flavors—in a word, UNIQUE. If you've never been, come here; if you're unsure, come here; if you don't know what to do tonight, come here for dinner. You won't regret it!

This restaurant is PERFECT. I'm Korean, and I wanted something spicy. I ordered the "Calabrese mia" pizza. It's delicious; the burrata, 'nduja, tomato, and salami are all very fresh. The Margherita pizza is also delicious. If there are Koreans looking for a good pizza, THEY MUST GO HERE. 존나맛있어요. 무조건 오세요.

09/11/2025: Having lunch in mid-September, when kitchens are practically closed, is definitely a plus. Gioele, the waiter, went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us. We had a wonderful time.

Trattoria la Corda Pazza

04/03/2026: I went there on a recommendation from my accommodation, and it was delicious and friendly. The seafood pasta was always fresh!
24/02/2026: I chose That's a Moro based on the reviews... and I was right. The restaurant is original and well-finished: divided into different rooms—Sala dei Cavalieri, Sala del Barocco, and Sala dello Scirocco (which opens in the summer)—each with its own identity and atmosphere. This detail makes the experience more interesting and never boring. The food is truly excellent: well-executed dishes, clean flavors, and balanced ingredients. The management is discreet but present in the right way. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stefano, who became the owner a few days ago: I wish him a great future, because the foundations are solid. A place that combines personality, quality, and hospitality. I'll be back.
