The menu features quality ingredients, everything is very fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the cecina with stracchino cheese and vegetables and the truly delicious porcini mushroom and farro soup. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to detail. The fish was also delicious. Highly recommended!

A pleasant place, except that the tables are too close together. We had spaghetti with clams, which was good, no complaints there. A pizza with sausages, but pizza, in my opinion, is a completely different beast. The sushi, however, was good... The staff were courteous and friendly! I'd go back if I had the chance, as they can only improve, and they're on the right track.

03/01/2026: The best seafood restaurant in Viareggio... by far. Only local ingredients are used, including those found at the local fish market. Fair prices for the quality. If you're looking for baked sea bream or tuna steak, this isn't for you. Trust the restaurant and its owner's philosophy.
15/11/2025: We tasted fish we'd never eaten before, and it was a truly wonderful experience, although it's not for everyone; you have to let yourself be transported by the restaurant's vision. You won't find seafood spaghetti, fried calamari, or seafood salads. Just be aware.

08/09/2025: Dear Hotel Playa Team, We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We particularly enjoyed the location directly by the sea and in the shopping area, which made for a relaxing holiday. The room was always clean, and the food in the hotel restaurant was very delicious. We would especially like to praise the excellent service, from the manager himself to the entire team. We always felt well looked after and were provided with many useful tips for excursions in the surrounding area. The parking in front of the door at a fair price of €8 per day was also very convenient. Overall, we were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit to the Hotel Playa. Thank you for the wonderful time and warm greetings from Germany! M. & A.
