One of the few non-industrial ice creams in the city, made without powders (I believe). "Artisanal" by definition, in Italy, all are "natural," with real, natural ingredients, very few of them. Therefore, 5 stars for their commitment and consistency.

28/10/2025: I live in Trieste, where there's no shortage of ice cream shops, yet I travel a few miles and go to Jimmy's, which, as far as I'm concerned, is a cut above. The ice cream is really good, the portions are generous, and the location is excellent. The outdoor area with tables is very quiet, but you can also enjoy the ice cream while strolling by the sea. Highly recommended. I've been going there for many years now and it has never disappointed me.
