Nadir In Perugia

Delicious food, excellent service and we were lucky enough to be able to admire the chef in the kitchen from our table... An exceptional experience!

Abbiamo scoperto il ristorante Nadir spulciando su internet, non essendo della zona, e attirati dalla proposta dei piatti, dalle splendide foto di questi e dalle ottime recensioni siamo andati, sicuri che non potevamo fare scelta migliore a Perugia. Le aspettative sono state rispettate al 100%, la tartare con l'ossobuco era semplicemente favolosa(è difficile trovare chi cucina l'ossobuco nel centro Italia), i cappellacci con il ripieno di piccione erano spettacolari, la pasta fresca viene fatta dallo chef e si sente, meritava la scarpetta che abbiamo fatto. inutile dirvi che anche la qualità della carne dei secondi(abbiamo preso il piccione in crosta e il cuberoll di Kobieta) era eccezionale. Faccio ancora i complimenti al cameriere, una persona eccezionale, molto preparata e si vede che ama il suo lavoro e questo fa la differenza quando vai in un ristorante. Tanti complimenti anche allo Chef che riesce a mixare gli ingredienti in modo sapiente e originale, anche il panettone al caffè, fatto da lui, che ci ha gentilmente offerto era favoloso. Non conosco la storia del Teatro Zenith a Perugia ma il locale si trova li e anche lo stile del locale è molto originale e accogliente, sicuramente rispecchia il gusto dello chef. i prezzi sono piú che onesti, in linea con la qualità dei piatti. se passate a Perugia fermatevi in questo locale, non rimarrete delusi.

Everything from the service to the food was simply spectacular!!!!

A Perugia con amici in occasione dí eurochocolate. Avevo visto in tv quattro ristoranti dí Alessandro Borghese e mi aveva incuriosito questo ristorante. La gestione era cambiata, ad accoglierci Micol. Ambiente informale ma curato, in estate anche tavoli all’aperto, cucina a vista. Menu invitante, carta dei vini soddisfacente. Piatti ben curati e deliziosi con Micol che in sala ci ha coccolati con le sue spiegazioni sulle pietanze . Una delizia per gli occhi e per il palato. Prezzo onestissimo. Micol e i ragazzi in cucina meritano un applauso e un incoraggiamento a fare sempre meglio. Unica pecca, da rivedere l’areazione del locale, i vestiti il giorno dopo erano impregnati dell’odore della cucina. Forza Micol, provvedi in fretta e il Nadir sarà al top

I was intrigued by the menu, and I must say that expectations were all met. Impeccable service, truly excellent bread and focaccia made by them, all dishes very good, with a special mention for the truffle-crusted pigeon (mouth-watering!). The price was super fair. What else to say? Well done! Highly recommended!

I'm doing a review here since I can't do it on The Fork. My boyfriend and I stayed at this place found on the website The Fork. We had lunch in this beautiful and quiet place. I would say everything was perfect. The staff were prepared and very kind. The food was excellent and there is nothing to complain about. Quality of fresh products (such as pasta and bread) is excellent. I really appreciated the honesty about the fact that the truffle wasn't fresh since it wasn't yet in season. (Not everyone can be honest) I won't add anything else. Very honest quality-price. We will return if we have the opportunity to return to Perugia.
