Nadir In Perugia

Hidden under Cinema Zenith, inside the S. Girolamo housing complex, there is the Nadir restaurant. It is a place made to pamper yourself with food and good company because at first glance it seems small and, thanks to the minimalist furnishings, it gives an intimate dimension to your dinner. The welcome is warm and the availability of the staff is complete. The menu focuses on a few well-prepared dishes with exceptional raw materials. The details of the plating were also very interesting, but I, being a ferocious beast, could hardly resist satisfying the sight. On the other hand, the palate thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening. I promised myself not to eat the bread, but intrigued (or probably enticed) by the news that it was produced by them, I almost emptied the tray. The wine selection is well curated but minimalist. All these factors combine to make a happy evening. The place is entirely on the ground floor, so it is easily accessible even for disabled people. Unfortunately there is no adjacent parking. The bill turns out to be more than adequate for the quality of the dinner, and I highly recommend you visit Nadir.

Dinner with friends who love good wine. Nice environment, but quite easy going. Very attentive service with welcome prosecco while waiting for the table and numerous other niceties. Slightly high expectations for the menu, initially promising, but the taste is too full of flavor and slightly disappointing. Generous portions. Excellent locally produced breads and focaccias.

Modern place a little hidden a stone's throw from the city walls. Kitchen and dining room managed by young and professional guys. From the dishes - very tasty and abundant - you can perceive the knowledge and respect for the culinary tradition of the area together with the desire for (successful) experimentation. We will be back soon. Meanwhile, very good.

WOW, sublime experience from every point of view... starting from the location, not to mention the kindness of the waiter, and let's not put the food into question... a fabulous sensation, every bite told something special about this place, a truly excellent bill for the quality and quantity of the food served... congratulations to the guys who run the place, great credit!!

We had dinner in this restaurant in Perugia on the evening of December 31st and we were satisfied. The location was very nice and the service was very courteous and attentive. As soon as we sat down we were offered a welcome bubble together with some breadsticks prepared by them. We ordered calamarata alla norcina and fettuccine with revisited wild boar ragù, while as a second course we ordered the pigeon. The portions were generous and the value for money was, in our opinion, good. The dishes that were brought to us were all good, even if the pasta alla norcina was too al dente. We liked the pigeon, it's a shame that the lemon (too much was added) covered the flavor a lot and ruined the balance of the dish which, without this flaw, would have been perfect.

Sono stata a cena al Nadir con una coppia di amici. Per me è stata la prima volta. Locale molto accogliente con un arredamento moderno, discreto, con la cucina a vista. Un plauso all'accoglienza, la persona che ci ha accolti è stato professionale e gentile per tutta la durata della cena. Ottimo il cibo e il vino consigliatoci. Le pappardelle al sugo di gulasch è squisito.
