I was intrigued by the menu, and I must say that expectations were all met. Impeccable service, truly excellent bread and focaccia made by them, all dishes very good, with a special mention for the truffle-crusted pigeon (mouth-watering!). The price was super fair. What else to say? Well done! Highly recommended!

I'm doing a review here since I can't do it on The Fork. My boyfriend and I stayed at this place found on the website The Fork. We had lunch in this beautiful and quiet place. I would say everything was perfect. The staff were prepared and very kind. The food was excellent and there is nothing to complain about. Quality of fresh products (such as pasta and bread) is excellent. I really appreciated the honesty about the fact that the truffle wasn't fresh since it wasn't yet in season. (Not everyone can be honest) I won't add anything else. Very honest quality-price. We will return if we have the opportunity to return to Perugia.

A real gem in Perugia. Discovering this place was among the best things of our trip. Dishes and flavors that are nothing short of divine with a touch of particularity that make them unique to say the least. Prices absolutely average for the quality of the dishes. The super helpful staff and the place is wonderful for those who love tranquility with background music immersed in romantic Perugia.

The experience at Nadir was amazing and we regret not having discovered it sooner! The staff is always attentive, kind and very helpful, the place is welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant and elegant, the dishes, of excellent quality, are presented with originality and in beautiful pure enamelled porcelain. It's really worth eating at this place: finding a flaw is impossible! We will definitely be back.

New management, young and enthusiastic. Chef Joseph offers dishes that are beautiful to look at and good to taste, created with professionalism and competence; the dining room manager Sofia is present and punctual in suggesting wines to pair with the dishes. I enjoyed a pea and artisan beetroot burger of the highest quality, without preservatives, with Tropea onion, with an exceptional taste accompanied by a side dish of American potatoes and for dessert I had the mango, watermelon and strawberry ice cream: excellent. My friend took a cold cuts cutter with some specialties such as black angus carpaccio and a plate of cappellacci with pigeon and truffle ragout, handmade, which he described as exquisite. I would like to point out that the bread, focaccia and tigelle are handmade by the Chef: fresh and fragrant. We accompanied everything with some "DonnaFugata" cabernet Sauvignon merlot which paired very well with what we ate. Highly recommended for those who want to try something special and of different quality than usual.
