Lunch was perfect. From appetizer to dessert the experience was divine.

Discovered by chance, we went in to have a coffee, we saw the dishes on the tables around us and we decided to stop for lunch, a good choice! Excellent vegan dishes, tasty and refined. Very pleasant environment. Advised

Finally had a chance to check out one of only 5 vegan options in all of Puglia according to Davide who opened the place in 2018. The mushroom broth was rich and full of flavour! The bean soup was smoked and perfect. The artichoke dish was also full of flavour. Violetta in the kitchen clearly knows how to take local produce and bring it to life. Great music and quiet vibe. They often have music nights or fundraising nights. Craft beer from Bari was great. Will definitely be back to try the other dishes. Menu changes every couple of months. Bread was multigrain and crusty and delicious.

Very tasty own culinary creations, perfectly seasoned. Fine local wines. There are live concerts in winter. An absolute highlight. One of the few real vegan restaurants in the area. Grazie molto.

The vegan restaurant Munz Munz was a culinary highlight of our trip to Apulia. Because it is so delicious, we visited it again at the end of the trip. Everything is super delicious. I recommend not skipping the 4 starters. And then follow the recommendations of the day. It's worth visiting this place a bit off the beaten track. It is also funny and lovingly decorated. Small restaurant, really big!

What fantastic find. We're not vegan but we love great food and we found it here. We looked all over Monopoli and Bari trying to find a resturant where the food was prepared with love. We ate in many high end places that just served a generic pasta selection (still better by miles than the UK version). Munz Munz is a small vegan place run by a couple. The food is loving prepared by Violetta. Front of house her husband gives off Faulty Towers vibes, like he was annoyed we wanted to eat there :) He softened as the meal went on. We also went back for a yummy breakfast. Give this place your time and reap tasty rewards.

After 40 days traveling in Italie, we can confirm that this is the best restorant that we have visited. Quality food made with love for the used products. We recommend 200%,
