Incredible food, nice atmosphere, great service. Lovely spot in the old town. Plant based food and super traditional. Not like some ‘typical’ vegan places in European cities where it’s overly healthy and niche, this place is just like all other amazing Italian restaurants - just without animal products. My non-vegan wife thought it was fantastic. Go here!

We had a reservation and requested outdoor seating. Upon arrival, we were told that unfortunately everything was reserved, but they would seat us later. We agreed to wait and ordered appetizers and a bottle of wine while we waited. Unfortunately, the tables outside were given to other guests who arrived without reservations, which was a bit annoying. Since the air conditioning wasn't working, it was almost unbearable for us to sit inside. After asking again and being told again that it would be taken care of, we ordered the main course. We had to eat that inside, too. When more guests without reservations were seated before us, we asked again, this time to the manager herself. Over an hour had passed. She also assured us that she would take care of it, but still nothing. Finally, we hoped to be allowed to order our dessert outside and asked the waitress again. She insisted on escorting us outside and then sat us on a stool (it was unoccupied the entire time because it wasn't suitable for dining). This was unfortunately too much for me, and I wanted to pay the bill. We left the full glasses to pay at the bar. Unfortunately, the other waiter (who was clearly drunk; we'd seen him earlier drinking liquor alone behind the bar) wasn't able to print the bill and had to retype it after repeated requests. I stood at the bar for almost 15 minutes before I was allowed to pay. There was no question about whether everything was okay, and no apology for the table. Simply awful service. Boundless over-indulgence and no consideration for the guests.
I hope for more vegan options in Monopoli; the food was really good. I'm happy to pay more for fresh, vegan ingredients. But this service completely ruined our evening.

We had an excellent diner with my partner the place is super cute and cosy, service was very nice. We loved the antipasti mix, very great quality/price. Wine & desert were good as well. Munz Munz is in a small quiet street far from the noisy tourist places of Monopoli. We will keep a very good memory of that restaurant!!

Non siamo vegani ma MUNZ MUNZ BIOSTROT a Monopoli ci ha davvero sorpresi. Io e mia moglie l'abbiamo conosciuto grazie ad un cofanetto regalo della Wonderbox per una degustazione, diventata poi un antipasto. Ne siamo rimasti affascinati, tanto da continuare il pranzo con due buonissimi primi: "cacio e pepe" e "nero di mare", tutto vegato!
Piatti bellissimi e molto gustosi, servizio cortese e confidenziale, ambiente molto accogliente. Consigliato a tutti.

Quando l'amore per quello che fai fa la differenza. Non sono vengano, ma stimo chi riesce con tanti meno ingredienti, a dare tanto se non di più di una cucina che puó contare su un ventaglio tanto più grande.. Se sei curioso e vuoi lasciarti anche un pó stupire dalla cucina, qui puoi passare un'ora di puro piacere, assaggiando accostamenti e realizzazioni anche inconsuete e piacevolissime. Gestori disponibili e simpatici, il locale è una bomboniera dove nulla è lì a caso, tutto è frutto di un pensiero e di riciclo. Vini del territorio, naturali. Ho terminato con un brownis con caramello salato e panna che non era panna ma diamine se era buona, più buona della panna vera che son riusciti addirittura a migliorare. Straconsiglio a tutte le anime sensibili al bello e al buono
