Dishes made exclusively of fresh fish, excellent raw fish, first courses made with fresh pasta, to try and return because it is not like going to a normal restaurant but going and returning where you feel welcomed by old friends. Prices more than fair for what you eat.

Spectacular. Fresh fish, excellent preparation. Amazing bathroom and kitchen cleaning. All the dishes were plentiful and of good quality. Sui generis owner (I liked him) who always suggests impromptu proposals and parking space at the adjacent supermarket not very close. I will definitely go back.

The fish restaurant with the best price/quality ratio in Muggia. If you are looking for dishes without many frills and if you aim for substance this is the right place. You will be greeted by a friendly Renzo. The breaded sardines are good, the spaghetti with scampi served in a pan is excellent and plentiful, and the creamy vanilla sorbet with 7-year-aged rum, rigorously prepared by Renzo, is wonderful, as he is keen to underline. Renzo is priceless as he arrives at the end with a sbroffador (watering can in Trieste dialect) of warm water and a tub full of lemons to help you rinse your hands. In short, when they say "like at home". This experience is worth the 42 euros asked per person. I will definitely go back

Fantastic, apart from the very fresh fish and the excellent cuisine, the best thing is Renzo himself. Crazy, brilliant. Must try, absolutely recommended. When I'm in the Muggia area I will definitely return. Thank you.

04/01/2025: PROS El restaurante estaba casi lleno, pero logramos encontrar una mesa sin reserva. El ambiente era luminoso, minimalista, ordenado y muy cómodo, con algunas mesas que ofrecen una vista de la ventana del mar. A pesar de estar llenos, la acústica era excelente, sin ningún eco desagradable. El personal era impecable, acogedor, discreto y preciso. El menú, centrado principalmente en los mariscos, ofrecía una variedad razonable, incluidos algunos platos de carne. Todo, incluyendo el pan (una rareza en la zona de Trieste) , era fresco, delicioso, y técnicamente bien preparado. Los tagliolini con camarones mantis y bottarga eran sublimes, y los precios eran muy razonables. CONTRAS El restaurante se encuentra en un terreno más alto, por lo que si se aparca en el pueblo, para llegar a él se requiere una caminata cuesta arriba de 10 minutos. Aunque no es demasiado difícil, no es particularmente conveniente. Además, hay un aparcamiento delante del restaurante. CONCLUSIONES En general, fue una excelente experiencia. Definitivamente volveré.

19/10/2024: Cucina tipica triestina, con zuppa di crauti e fagioli come antipasto, e cotoletta arricchita con formaggio e prosciutto cotto. Il cibo è stato eccellente, ma il servizio non è andato bene. Ad alcuni del nostro tavolo il secondo è stato servito venti minuti dopo che gli altri l'avevano già finito. Nel frattempo, il dolce era esaurito e in sostituzione ci hanno proposto ... il caffè!
18/08/2024: Una bella riscoperta. Per una colazione di lavoro siamo andati in questo locale storico. Personale gentilissimo, ambiente elegante, ben diviso da chi vuole usare il bancone per gli aperitivi e stuzzichini e chi come noi voleva mangiare. Ampia scelta di pesce. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene con prodotti freschi. Vini del collio di alto livello. Prezzo in linea. Ci ritorneremo
