We give full marks because we cannot do otherwise. We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism by the hotel staff. During our stay we were able to take advantage of some services such as the swimming pool and breakfast which were excellent. The reception also very kindly provided us with information about the walks to do in Livigno and also informed us about the possibility of renting bicycles. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the heart of Livigno, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient to have the chairlift right behind the hotel. Finally, breakfast was truly wonderful. Excellent variety and care for "lactose-free" people, the manager and his staff are very attentive to customers and their needs. We hope to return

July 2024 - We stayed a week on a half board basis and it was wonderful! Large and bright room with mountain views, comfortable beds, comfortable bathroom and excellent cleanliness. Very nice and clean spa with free access. Excellent catering service: refined dishes of excellent quality and friendly, helpful, attentive and professional staff. If we were to return to Livigno, we will certainly return to the MOTA hotel. Thank you all for making our holiday wonderful!!!!!

The experience in this place was excellent. The staff proved to be highly professional. All the guys work with dedication, attention to the customer and extreme politeness: in particular Martina at the reception and Andrej in the restaurant were particularly courteous and attentive. Cleanliness, comfort, services, SPA, not lacking Nothing. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

On the occasion of my boyfriend's birthday I found this structure after carefully reading the reviews. And after staying I can say that the hotel is truly spectacular! The car park is located on the lower floors and is also accessible by lift. On the lower floors I noticed that there is also a comfortable ski room and a toilet. The hotel has a spa with a swimming pool which we were unable to use due to the limited time available. The restaurant is nothing short of amazing. The dishes are well prepared and refined. The dining room maître d' and all the hotel staff form a very knowledgeable and helpful working group. The room (we had room 202 which overlooked the mountain) was welcoming, intimate and clean. It was well soundproofed because we had a great rest. The mattress was comfortable and there were 2 pillows (one lighter and one firmer). The use of free city bikes or paid e-bikes is also convenient. The hotel is located in the central area of ​​Livigno. Convenient for walks and for those who want to access the nearby chairlift. I conclude by saying that it was a very good choice!
