18/02/2026: Excellent shopping arcade. Children's activities are often hosted in the corridors and dedicated areas. Markets are also held in the corridors. There is a bookcrossing corner.

20/01/2026: It's a place I've frequented frequently for many years, partly because it's closer to my other personal interests, located in a suburban residential area and adjacent to the local health authority and municipal police headquarters. It's certainly in need of regular maintenance, but not due to various structural issues, including rainwater infiltration in the basement parking lots. I frequent it regularly every week, especially for groceries at Ipercoop, insubordinately for purchases at Arcaplanet, and occasionally for the post office or other occasional businesses of interest. Unfortunately, especially in the available restrooms, there are sadly signs of incivility from some individuals, and unfortunately, security seems fairly ineffective or at least superficial. Overall, I'm fond of it and I like it very much.
