As a Puglian, I can say without a doubt that in this place you can taste the flavors of Puglia. As an appetizer we ate some sautéed chicory with stracciatella, olives and capers, sautéed turnip greens and potato pitta. For the second course, brasciole with sauce with broad bean purée and bombette!! To complete the Lecce pasticciotto. All very good!!

We went to Charlie Brown for dinner. From what I could tell, it's mostly frequented by Milanese residents, mostly families. The service was very good and the place was charming. We ordered Tagliatelle pasta with veal ragu with cacio ricotta Spaghetti alla chitarra, cheese, pepper and jowls (I thought it could have had a little more salt and I don't like al dente pasta); Diavola pizza Tomato, mozzarella and spicy salami and another Pistacchiata Mozzarella, smoked scamorza cheese, Bronte pistachio and mortadella. They were delicious, nice pasta. We ordered a pitcher of wine, good. Tiramisu for dessert. Very good service. They are very accommodating. Photos of the December 2024 menu.

08/02/2025: Excellent and very kind waiter. Orecchiette with turnip tops are something indescribable. ❤️
12/01/2025: We returned to this restaurant after years and were happy to find the same simple and welcoming environment, the exact same dishes with practically unchanged prices. It was pleasant and reassuring. All quality, simple and perfect. The former owners are certainly retired, having given way to the new generations. But the welcome and the service have the same style, familiar and at the same time thoughtful and discreet.

22/12/2024: Excellent value for money in this restaurant run by Apulians Today I ate fish and peas 🫛 very good as usual If you don’t eat pasta you’ll pay 8,00€ including wine and coffee
