Delicious sandwiches! Don't miss this stop if you are near the Vatican and need a bite to eat. They offer many varieties for all tastes and price points. Don't let a line deter you. Their service is quick. The shop is small and only has a few tables - one inside and a few outside the shop. But there is a small, quiet courtyard next to the shop with a cute nasone. Head to the back of the courtyard and you'll find a shade tree with a ledge that provides you with a spot to rest while you enjoy your sandwich.

SO YUM!! We had this for lunch while waiting for our Vatican tour. Service was a little slow but thats to be expected when they're actually making the sandwiches. We got there around 1 and there wasnt really a line until we got our order 🥪

We can't say that the sandwich blew us away. We chose Fried chicken for a taste, a classic that you can probably get anywhere. For the price of 11€, it's better to have something else.

20/04/2026: I visited this place for a family event. It's close to the Cassia Bis exit, but it's surrounded by greenery and well-maintained. Refined, high-quality dishes are served with elegance.
19/04/2026: A beautiful place to sleep, eat, and relax for a weekend. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Great for kids.

DONKEY PUNCH

03/05/2026: While strolling through the Trastevere neighborhood, we decided to have lunch at Donkey Punch and we weren't disappointed! They have a great selection of sandwiches, and even if you don't find what you're looking for, you can create your own. The team is incredibly cheerful, and you really get the joy of sharing good food made with quality ingredients (big shout-out to the enormous porchetta that's already making your mouth water in the display case). We loved it so much that we came back the next day for our last lunch in Rome. Thank you for the warm welcome, and we hope to see you again soon!
