Like family! For years my daughter and I have been tasting the delicious dishes, traditional and otherwise, that Alessandro and his wife prepare with care, choosing quality ingredients, always advising customers with attention, warmth and courtesy even on wines. Never a disappointment!!! Highly recommended also for takeaway and for gifts: excellent tortellini and handmade pasta!

Location carina, ottima per un pasto veloce. Staff molto gentile, menù tradizionale bolognese e offerte vegane/vegetariane. Ottimi i tortellini al ragù e le lasagne vegetariane. Consigliato.

12/07/2025: Quality food, fresh, good, and authentic produce. Objectively, it's a kiosk, so the location isn't the best, but I'd say the service and the friendliness of the staff make the difference! Recommended.
19/06/2025: If you want to eat tigelle and Crescentine this is the right place. I'm not from Bologna, but for at least 10 years every time I go up I always go to this place. It's a bit spartan, paper tablecloths, plastic cutlery, etc., but the atmosphere and the food are the strong points. The prices are in line with the rest. The "menu" tigelle crescentine with cured meats costs 17 euros per person. If you happen to pass by I absolutely recommend this place. They bring the children a placecloth and colors at the table, too cute.

29/07/2025: I come here when I'm in Bologna. To experience authentic Bolognese cuisine, you can go elsewhere. For a unique experience of authentic local food and a true appreciation of the region, you have to stop here. Culinary research, research into ingredients and producers, closeness to local traditions, and sophisticated recipes and pairings. A foot in the past, looking straight to the future...
