Excellent value for money, despite a last-minute booking and peak season. 😁 A very nice gem in the industrial area. Gym equipment is available and included in the price. The air conditioning is very loud, even on level 1.

An exceptional stay at the MO.OM Hotel! The hotel is simply superb, both in terms of its facilities and services. We recommend it without hesitation! We don't understand some of the negative reviews we've read. The rooms are modern, functional, and spotlessly clean. The fitness room and thermal baths are exceptional. We fully understand the access fee and the need to book in advance: everything was perfectly organized. We would like to particularly thank Daniel and Marica, who looked after us every day, at lunch and dinner. Their professionalism, discretion, and sense of service are remarkable. Overall, ALL the staff were excellent, some even speaking perfect French. They all contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The icing on the cake: this hotel truly puts everything it can at its guests' disposal. A concrete example: the free provision of an electric vehicle charging station (and even a refrigerator in the room!). Without hesitation, we highly recommend the MO.OM Hotel and will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team!

A superb stay in a modern hotel, ideally located for visiting Milan and the Italian lakes. The room was spacious, clean, and well soundproofed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were even able to charge our electric car for free every day. The wellness area is beautiful and very pleasant—it was well worth the €35 for the day. The evening meal was good, with generous portions. Excellent value for money! The €30 half-board package includes two courses, water, coffee, and a glass of wine: unbeatable. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and we appreciated the free access to the outdoor pool at the neighboring property. One small area for improvement: the breakfast, which was very industrial, with no homemade products. The cold cuts and scrambled eggs didn't impress me. I highly recommend this hotel!

Before the coronavirus pandemic, the pool was free and accessible to all hotel guests. Now they want to rent it out by the hour. In fact, little to no investment has been made for years. It used to be a great hotel, but today, it's just...

Maybe it was just our experience, but the room had cracks in the walls, wasn't very well maintained, and the windows didn't close properly, so you could hear the highway next door. Furthermore, the service from the reception and maintenance staff was horrible. We raised the issue of road noise, and the maintenance staff laughed at us, as did the reception staff, and they offered us no solution other than to pay more for another room. We also saw reception laughing at the problem of another guest who had a similar problem before us. A bit embarrassing.

Just steps from the highway exit, this motel stands out for its originality and discretion! The themed rooms are highly recommended.
