Warm and well-kept environments, friendly and professional reception staff.
Clean rooms, well arranged but in my opinion, being a place where 90% of people go as a couple and not to sleep, the headboard of the bed is not very functional for the occasion. You can't hold on to it because it's too attached to the wall.... a return to the old wrought iron beds???
Another flaw in my opinion is too much passing and shouting behind the doors by the staff.
Otherwise it's a great place to go to stay private.

Compared to the other times I found the room dirty. We also did the spa route and I must say the water was really cold in fact we took refuge in the sauna shortly after 😅 we also had a couple's massage with the fantastic girls super recommended ❤️

I returned but this time in the residence instead of the hotel, staff as always very kind. Modern room, clean, well soundproofed. Small but well-stocked set. Price OK, wifi OK

This hotel is ideal for catching a plane, 10 minutes from the airport.
It is very pretty and well decorated but a little noisy.
The rooms are arranged like a long corridor, detached from the main building (reception and catering)
Breakfast was ok but lacked egg and grill. The staff is welcoming. The restaurant is very good but a little expensive.

Hotel that i was 2 times and I will be for sure for my third. Safety, silence , full free parking , very nice accommodation, good food , very friendly people , all personnel was very polite and helpful.

Booked at short notice for an overnight stay. Actually too expensive for that, especially since there was nothing going on before New Year's Eve.
The external impression and photos are better than reality. Nevertheless, it was ok. The location is too far out for Milan, but perfect for Malpensa, for example

Great value for money when traveling with 4 kids. 1. Location: Top for families who fly at Malpensa and want to visit Milano/Como/Piemonte. Only 30 min driving to center Milan, 30 mins to Como. 2. Rooms: we travel with 2 kids and they have this amazing garden private individual room, with a king bed upstairs and an bed sofa downstairs. You can park the car in front of the room 3. Atmosphere: very friendly and helpful staff, cool modern and new design. 4. Spa/Pool is for people
above 16 yo. 5. Restaurant: this could be improved, for breakfast and dinner as well, where the quality is below the other 4 points above. 6. Self Laundry available for a fee and free car charging.

The experience at MO.OM Hotel was excellent! The location is very convenient with easy access to the airport which was a big plus. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of options and fresh products. The organization of the hotel makes access to the rooms very easy, with a well-thought-out structure and clear signage. The shower was wonderful, with great pressure and temperature, ensuring relaxing moments. Furthermore, the rooms were comfortable, modern and very clean, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay.
