I have been to Monzù several times between quick business lunches and quiet dinners with friends, so I have had the opportunity to taste different dishes: you have never disappointed me and I have always eaten quality food at a fair price, which is not a given today.
Dishes with attention to detail and excellent raw materials, expertly highlighted by the revisitation of some traditional recipes.
Congratulations Chef Alessandro! Special mention to his team who truly offers impeccable service.
It's worth going there when you're in Milan.

Un pranzo gustoso in un posto stimolante con un cuoco da tenere d'occhio... pochi tavoli grande attenzione a tutto. Menù interessante di ispirazione napoletana ma con grande fantasia. Io ho mangiato un "Paccheri con crema di genovese napoletana e cacao amaro" che erano ottimi. I miei ospiti americani hanno mangiato un risotto giallo con le vongole veraci (quando si dice... contaminazione ;-) )

The linguine has a harmonious combination of scampi flavor and pistachio aroma, and the sweet pink sauce brings the whole thing together, giving it a gentle yet deep flavor. It is a dish that is not too spicy or salty, and the flavor increases as you eat it. Unlike traditional Italian food, you won't get tired of the overly rich cheese flavor, so you can enjoy it till the end.
For dessert, the recommended crema catalana and the strawberry liqueur they served went perfectly with me, and I was grinning with satisfaction after the meal. This is an interesting restaurant that you should definitely visit if you are tired of traditional Italian cuisine.

fantastic restaurant, makes you feel at home, the staff are very present and above all very kind.
The chef is very friendly and attentive to his customers.

Chef Alessandro Teo is very talented. The menu is rich, refined, with traditional dishes but also an eye for innovation. The squid stuffed with broccoli is really excellent, certainly one of the recommended dishes.
He also knew how to surround himself with a great staff. In fact, all the staff are incredibly kind and professional.
I can't wait to go back.

A super welcome discovery. Excellent service. Helpful, kind staff, always present with discretion. Nice, welcoming and elegant environment. Excellent food with variety of courses. 5 stars also for the staff's preparation on celiac disease (and related gluten-free choice) and lactose intolerance. A very successful evening with friends. Nice place for dinner, a bit expensive though. The pasta (pacherri in lard) was a bit salty for my taste, but then again I might not be used to the local receipes (somehow all pasta that I ate in Milano is quite salty). What I didn't like was that we were served with a small appetizer (couscous) without being asked if we wanted it and of course, charged for it at the end. We would have definetely said yes, however it would have nice to be informed from the beggining that this is chargeable. Otherwise, the food and service are good.
