Montecristo Panzerotti & Co In Bari

The best panzerotti I've ever tasted. With a wide variety of flavors. Extremely professional and friendly service. The staff are incredibly personable. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Last night, thanks to the nice weather, I took a trip to Torre a Mare; beautiful sea, starry skies, a stroll, and then a treat. I arrive at Montecristo and there we're spoiled for choice: fried panzerotti with tomato and mozzarella, cacio e pepe, turnip greens, mortadella and provolone, and at this point a tough decision is required: at least two, for the sake of it, to start!!! The diet...all right, we'll leave that to the others for tonight. P.S. And don't forget a piece, even a small one, of focaccia.

Delicious panzerotti, a wide variety of flavors. There's often a line in the summer, but it's worth it. Highly recommended!
