A trattoria in a fresh and pleasant position in the green hills of Bologna. Large outdoor space very welcome in the summer period for a pleasant dinner. Cuisine linked to the territory with a varied offer of solutions including cold cuts with crescentine and tigelle. Our choice fell precisely on one of these proposals in which there was a bit of everything with a selection of crescentine which also included some with wholemeal flour, therefore mixed cold cuts, cheeses, friggione, mushrooms, etc. Overall, a good variety of possible combinations but limited quantities regarding mushrooms, friggione, squacquerone, etc. served in small jars. Good meats although not exceptional. The restaurant is run by a lady of a certain age who collects the orders as well as always being at the cash register, for the rest a large number of diligent young men and women who take care of everything else (perhaps cooking excluded).

Una trattoria in una fresca e piacevole posizione nel verde delle colline bolognesi. Ampio spazio esterno molto gradito nel periodo estivo per una piacevole cena. Cucina legata al territorio con una offerta variegata di soluzioni tra cui affettati con crescentine e tigelle. La nostra scelta è ricaduta proprio su una di queste proposte in cui era presente un po’ di tutto con una selezione di crescentine che comprendeva anche alcune con farina integrale, quindi affettati misti, formaggi, friggione, funghi, ecc. Nel complesso una buona varietà di combinazioni possibili ma scarse le quantità per quanto riguarda, funghi, friggione, squacquerone , ecc. serviti in piccoli vasetti. Affettati buoni anche se non eccezionali. La trattoria è gestita da una signora di una certa età che raccoglie gli ordini oltre ad essere sempre lei alla cassa, per il resto un nutrito numero di solerti ragazzi/e giovani che si occupano di tutto il resto (forse cucina esclusa).

Unfortunately, those who don't make certain things at home sometimes overestimate their quality.

Monte Capra is tradition and guarantee: they have always been there and they are there now. It's good for all occasions: quick, relaxing, "celebrating"...... tagliatelle, mushrooms, barbecues, tigelle and crescentine. However, you feel good, you eat well and you spend...adequately.

All the staff were really kind. Tigelle and crescentini cooked to perfection. Wide choice of cured meats and various sauces. To finish a superb fried cream!! To return!
