I stopped by chance, and even though I hadn't booked, they found me a seat.
The green lasagna is spectacular, and seeing the large portions being brought to other tables, I was right to order only that; I wouldn't have finished the rest.
The house dessert is delicious.
Excellent service and fair price.

A thirty-year customer, I've always given excellent publicity to the place... but unfortunately only yesterday, perhaps due to a lack of manpower and the hot, sunny outside environment with insects like ticks, wasps, and flies even swarming the table... the first course was excellent, but then we didn't see anyone to bring us the second courses for 20 minutes. It's a shame, I'll wait a little longer before returning. I can confirm the cost was negligible.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality and portions, and the staff was extremely friendly. Reservations are required a few days in advance because the restaurant is often busy. The only drawback is the overwhelming number of mosquitoes and other insects.

The restaurant is located in the hills surrounding Bologna, offering some truly picturesque views as you approach. We were looking for a place that made crescentine the way our grandmother, who was originally from these parts, used to make them, and I have to say, they're pretty close. The cured meats and cheeses are delicious, and the crescentine and tigelle are delicious. Tagliatelle with Bolognese ragu is delicious, as is the gramigna with sausage. The rice cake with bitter almonds is also excellent. The outdoor setting is very welcoming, and the staff is attentive but not intrusive. We'll definitely be back.
