Moma In Roma

We recently had the opportunity to dine at Moma in Rome. The evening began very convincingly: The amuse-bouche was exquisitely balanced, although the slice of pecorino cheese was a bit too generous for our taste. The ravioli were among the highlights – precisely crafted and absolutely delicious. The eel risotto course demonstrated skillful preparation but could have offered a bit more depth. The squid spaghetti in tomato sauce was solidly prepared, though not particularly outstanding. The pigeon course left us with mixed feelings. The components didn't quite harmonize, and the leg lacked substance. The additional element on the plate also didn't quite work for us. Service and beverage selection, however, were excellent: attentive, calm, and highly professional. Overall, Moma demonstrates a high culinary standard, even if some courses didn't quite achieve the same clarity and balance as the strongest moments of the menu.

We had an amazing dinner for 2 here. Delicious food and very friendly people. We went for the tasting menu and they wonderfully worked around our dietary restrictions to make it happen. Service had a few small quirks, some dropped items here and there and plates were regularly taken away while the last bite was still in my mouth. However, the way they handled things more than made up for it. Great experience and definitely worth a visit.

Interesting tasting menu; the strongest dish was definitely the squid fettucine. I enjoyed most of everything; however I think the eel risotto is a miss, and I personally would replace it.

At MOMA restaurant the entire atmosphere is created by the staff – and there really is a lot of them. Even though the tables for guests are only on the second floor, this shows that the environment is not the most important thing when welcoming you with kind and smiling people. We felt welcome from the very first moment: fast, courteous service, with a smile and sincere human contact. It is precisely the team that creates that feeling that makes you want to return. Thanks to the staff of MOMA – you made our visit really pleasant and welcoming. ------------- The entire atmosphere is created by the staff – and there are a lot of them here. 🥰 Although guests are seated only on the second floor, this is a great example of how the environment is not the most important thing when you are greeted by kind, warm and attentive people. We felt welcome from the first minute: fast, courteous service, with a smile and human interaction. It is precisely the team that creates that feeling that makes you want to return. Thank you to the MOMA staff – you made our visit cozy and truly enjoyable.

The service was impeccable. Waiters were smiling and were helpful and kind in a very pleasant way. The food was amazing and it was coming really fast too. Everything was great !

The "goat berries" for dessert and the presentation of the pigeon leg were delightful. Thank you, guys — you made our evening))

Deliciosa comida en un lugar acogedor. El personal fue muy atento. El menú degustación "Firmas" estaba bien equilibrado, con suficientes platos en porciones de tamaño adecuado. Bien merecedor de su estrella Michelin.
