We visited here on the last night of our trip to Italy as a gift to my husband who gave us a trip as a gift. We were able to make a reservation smoothly from Japan, the restaurant was sparkling, and the staff spoke English slowly and were kind.
There were other Japanese people there besides us, so it was obvious that it was popular.
The service was a little slow after the appetizers, and we left halfway through due to our own reasons such as tiredness from the trip, so we regret that we didn't get to the main course. The food was really delicious! The appetizers in particular looked cute, and we were impressed by the variety of flavors we could enjoy from the bite-sized dishes 🥺✨
The price was not too high for us, and even though we left halfway through for our own reasons, they deducted the charge from the course price, so it's a very reasonable restaurant. I would definitely like to visit again when I travel.
The food was nice, but not comparable to most Michelin-Star restaurants we visited before. The Atmosphere is boring, and the best thing was the wines and the wine-pairing options with the meal, which was very good

Loved the chef's welcome dishes at this place, especially that chicken liver starter and the seasonal garden appetizer. Staff was nice and took our coats, and the food presentation was really pretty. Veggie options were mostly cheese-based which was limiting, but the desserts were really good. Made for a special honeymoon dinner that my wife and I won't forget.

A beautiful experience and extraordinary food. There was an unfortunate small delay before the last course in the tasting menu that left us thinking the experience had finished and felt anticlimactic, but if I'm completely honest this is nitpicking and it was otherwise perfect.

Michelin 1 star. Most of the dishes are super delicious. Except for one which is mainly pickled. I personally don’t like the stronger acidity. The penultimate dessert is average. Others are perfect. The wine selection is really good~~~ It’s worth visiting again

Fabuleux, mérite son étoile et mieux! Un havre de raffinement, des vrais professionels, un chef avec des idées et les ingrédients hors pair.
Pas un plat qui laisse indifférent! Et les amuse-bouches incroyables ainsi que les mignardises à la fin. Que vouloir de plus? Un service tri ou quadrilingue sympathique au maximum, des vins au verre bien choisis et une carte de vins en mesure avec l'étoile Michelin. Allez-y avant la 2e étoile!!!

Arrivati ed entrati, ci hanno chiesto se volevamo pranzare al Bar/Bistrot o al ristorante. Sinceramente è personalmente non è un buon biglietto da visita,
o fai ristorante, o fai bar tavola calda. Penso che cucina e Chef siano gli stessi, o comunque della stessa professionalità e comunque dipendano da uno stesso executive Chef, quindi come fai a far pagare al ristorante i secondi piatti a 39€ se poi al Bar/Bistrot li fai pagare un terzo di questo prezzo ? Che vuol dire ? Che cambia la qualità delle materie prime ? O dipende solo perché al ristorante fai una bella presentazione nei piatti, o dalla atmosfera del ristorante che sinceramente non c’è, nonostante i molti speaker, non c’e musica in diffusione e il soffitto basso e’ un po’ oppressivo. Per il resto, buona la lista dei vini anche se magari le etichette più conosciute sono un poco assenti. Pane e accessori molto buoni come anche la tartelletta di entree, anche se un po’ troppo croccante/dura. Il piatto di prosciutto cotto molto anonimo, non in linea con un ristorante da guida Michelin, gli manca qualcosa …
gli spaghettini alla bottarga che poi erano delle linguine, sì con bottarga ma priva di alcun sapore, anonima, contro una bottarga che ha realmente un sapore forte. La minestra con patate discreta, le cosce mi sembra di anatra molto buone e croccanti al punto giusto. Servizio buono. Non discuto il costo, assolutamente va bene cosi’ ma come spiegato ci sono delle incongruenze.
In definitiva, lascio ai possibili lettori il giudizio. Buon lavoro
