What can I say? The food is excellent, and their tasting menus are amazing. I opted for their menu, which features this restaurant's signature dishes. The tortelli stuffed with pappa al pomodoro, peaches, basil, and basil seeds are excellent. The creamy chamomile risotto with eel, honey, and oregano is equally good. The BBQ pigeon is fabulous. I loved their giardiniera, and the appetizers and desserts were also wonderful. Definitely worth a try, and I'll definitely be back. The service was also excellent; everyone was impeccable. Visited in early August 2025 and opted for the Moma’s Signatures tasting menu, which was superb from first bite to last. Each course felt like a confident conversation between classic Roman roots and a contemporary point of view, with clean flavors, smart acidity, and plating that was elegant without feeling showy. The progression and pacing were ideal, portions calibrated so I could enjoy every dish without fatigue, and temperatures were consistently perfect. Service struck that sweet spot of polished and warm: thoughtful explanations, attentive timing, and genuine enthusiasm that made the evening feel personal rather than scripted. The dining room is modern and comfortable with lighting that flatters the plates and keeps conversation easy. Small touches stood out too, from excellent bread and olive oil to a graceful finish of petits fours that tied the meal together. The wine list reads like it was curated with care, and the team offered pairing suggestions that felt tailored rather than upsold. I left talking about the overall flow as much as individual bites, which is the sign of a well-composed menu. Ristorante Moma is absolutely worth planning ahead for, and I would return in a heartbeat to see how the signatures evolve with the season.

We had a lovely and wonderful dinner tonight. Food was generally delicious and high quality! I liked the tortellini so much!smells great and full of flavour. It was a show case of Italian tradition and the classic favour delicately. Service was great, especially the manager(? Very short hair and charm)! He explained the food in details and always provide a good vibe to us. He also explained some of the Italian culture to us. Really happy tonight

We tried this restaurant during our stay in Rome because we love fine dining. I think the quality is roughly equivalent to that of some French Michelin-starred restaurants. There were some very good dishes, but also some that were a little disappointing for our tastes (the Moma menu). The restaurant atmosphere was chic, with impeccable service, even if a bit slow at times. The prices are a little high, in my opinion, especially for the wine (the cheapest glasses are €18), especially since the portions served were quite small. It's also worth noting that service is not included in the price, and this is clearly stated on the bill! Overall, we had a great time at this restaurant and were generally delighted!

A fine-dining restaurant with delicious food, especially the fish and octopus. The wine pairings were refreshing, reflecting the summer weather, a thoughtful touch. Excellent service, with detailed presentations.

Eggplants Parmigiana is totally different from the one I had at a pretty decent restaurant back in Sicily. This one, though, had perfectly layered eggplant wrapped in Parmigiano-Reggiano and tomato sauce. You could even taste a hint of what I think was olive oil or some other fragrant oil. And then it was topped with a foamy cheese sauce — absolutely stunning. The cod tasted completely different from the kind we usually eat in Taiwan — it was super chewy. It came with a lemon butter sauce and was seasoned with small green peppers and chili, but the texture of the cod left me so confused that I kind of forgot what everything else tasted like (?). Still, this way of preparing cod was absolutely delicious. Two different preparations of sheep loin combined in one dish — the texture was incredibly layered. And when I say the lamb was amazing, I really mean it🥹 The most surprising part of this dish was the yellow sauce — miso-mayonnaise, one bite and I was instantly transported to Japan. Everything about that day was perfect, and I truly enjoyed it! Thank you for your wonderful service and exquisite cuisine.

We had one night in Rome before our flight and ate at Moma. We chose from their a la carte menu instead of the tasting menu. Enjoyed it immensely. Enthusiastic staff, lovely minimalist space, the food was excellent as was the bottle of nebbiolo the somm. recommended. A lovely evening.

Deliciosa comida en un lugar acogedor. El personal fue muy atento. El menú degustación "Firmas" estaba bien equilibrado, con suficientes platos en porciones de tamaño adecuado. Bien merecedor de su estrella Michelin.

Cena davvero speciale da Moma, a due passi da via Veneto. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione e ogni piatto è stato una sorpresa, curato nei dettagli, con sapori intensi ma equilibrati, i tagliolini di seppia erano incredibili, delicati e pieni di gust, il risotto è stato uno dei migliori mai provati. E la torta di polenta, una piacevolissima scoperta.. Un’esperienza che consiglio a chi vuole provare qualcosa di diverso e di alto livello a Roma. Torneremo sicuramente.
