Perhaps the service and set menu need some rethinking. 45 minutes for spaghetti with garlic and oil might be a bit too much. Less gourmet for hungry workers who are short on time. Thanks.

We stopped at Mo.Ma on the recommendation of an acquaintance, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very welcoming, very responsive, and always smiling. They offer a wide selection of dishes to please every palate, all beautifully presented and generously sized, as well as prepared with top-quality ingredients. We had a wonderful day in a clean and refined setting. Highly recommended!

I was passing through the Marche region for work and stopped by the trattoria (which is actually a restaurant) with my colleague. The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined, with superior furnishings; even the bathrooms (spotlessly clean) are tastefully designed. The staff is always smiling and friendly despite the busy schedule. When choosing food, we were also offered an off-menu option (grilled lamb), which we ordered along with grilled vegetables. What can I say? Truly excellent meat and fresh seasonal vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to taste such high quality, something I hadn't expected. The prices are far too fair for the quality of the ingredients used. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended

While passing through Sarnano, we decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant, which inspired our confidence. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at ease, welcomed with kindness and friendliness.
