A special place, well-kept, clean and organised. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, the music was in perfect harmony with the environment. Excellent quality food and not too expensive. Excellent location only 10 minutes from the Central Station, I absolutely recommend it!

I discovered this gem because they took me there and I must say that the place is very nice. We only had an aperitif: good cocktails, prices average for Milan. I will definitely be back to try the dinner menu.

Nice and pleasant environment, several sitting areas, the staff is not very organised, there is not a single waiter to follow you and this generates confusion at the table with too many steps on their part or orders that arrive late and are almost forgotten, such as the request for water, however the staff is very friendly the food is not super and the price is high, the hunger remains.... Maybe better for a drink

So, my girlfriend and I decided to fly to Milan for the weekend, and we are glad we did! A buddy of mine tipped us off about this spot that just made it onto some fancy-schmancy Top 50 list worldwide. Let me tell you, they earned that spot and then some! First off, let's talk food. Picture this: tapas and plates bursting with amazing flavors. Seriously, major props to the chef, especially for whipping up that pasta dish with scallops. It was divine! Now, onto the cocktails. Oh man, they were something else! Creative, refreshing, and oh-so-delicious. We couldn't get enough of the one with mango—it was like a tropical paradise in a glass. And let's not forget about the service. Just impeccable. One waiter even took the time to check in on us, making sure we were loving the cocktails and food we ordered. We ended up having chat about the place, wines, and, of course, the food. Needless to say, we had an absolute blast. So much so that we found ourselves back there the very next day for round two. Yep, it was that good.

Sabato sera scorso mia moglie ed io abbiamo provato il Ristorante Sperimentale: la specificazione è d‘obbligo in quanto il Moebius è un locale, architettonicamente molto bello, con diverse proposte gastronomiche e differenti spazi. Il Ristorante Sperimentale - dodici coperti al massimo con vista sulla cucina – è il luogo dove lo chef Enrico Croatti dà libero sfogo alla sua passione: grande tecnica costruita attraverso numerose esperienze lavorative in giro per il mondo, attenta ricerca delle materie prime e la Romagna e la cucina della mamma nel cuore. I percorsi proposti sono tre: un menù degustazione di terra, uno di mare e l’ultimo che è la somma dei primi due. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù di mare: ben costruito nella successione dei piatti e nelle quantità, viene proposto ad un prezzo corretto e si arriva in fondo perché non appesantiti da inutili quantità di pane. I tempi della cucina sono precisi così come le spiegazioni dei piatti (spesso effettuate dallo stesso Chef che ama raccontarsi e raccogliere le impressioni degli ospiti). Il piatto che impressiona più degli altri è il rombo chiodato su brace e lumachine di mare. Notevoli anche gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare (piatto fuori menù preparatomi di sua sponte dallo Chef; mi sono commosso).

Più che una cena un'esperienza. Un percorso tra sapori di eccellenza. Davvero bello farsi condurre attraverso le portate dallo staff, molto preparato, cordiale e sorridente. Ovviamente la qualità si paga. Ma ci sta. Bravi!

05/04/2024: (March 2024) the freshest fish can be found in Milan! how many times have I heard this phrase and how many times I think about it when I look for a fish restaurant in Milan. here, Al Porto respects this saying: fish, crustaceans and molluscs are always very fresh. the preparations are classic and the taste is pleasantly familiar. cuttlefish skewer, scallops au gratin, spaghetti with clams, sea bass with rosemary, mixed fried fish (too bad it's not fish but only prawns and calamari) impeccable. a plus: the Catalan lobster and the trio of risottos. wine list adequate for the environment, difficult to find new things.
04/04/2024: A place to try. Barbara and the director Paolo with their team can make you experience a unique atmosphere to remember. It was like this for me! Thank you
