Historic lakeside kiosk serving excellent fried fish, in a beautiful setting with tables overlooking Lake Iseo with a stunning view. Service is excellent, you choose the various types of products you want, you're given a number, and when your fried fish is ready, you're called. A great way to avoid crowds and unnecessary queues... it can get chaotic on weekends.

Fish and chips on the banks of one of Italy's notorious lakes. With the sun glinting on lake Iseo as we travelled from the Alps to Verona, we paused for a bite to eat and we're delighted to find this lovely family run cafe. Select your choice of seafood, from squid, octopus, shrimps, prawns and more.... add a portion of chips and deep fried vegetables, then wash it down with a local beer. Perched right on the banks of the lake you can watch the world go by as the carp from the lake gather to suck up any morsels you choose to share. Absolutely idyllic.

15/03/2026: The pizza was amazing, the best pizza I've ever eaten. The service was excellent and informative, but not intrusive. The atmosphere was nice, but not exceptional. Overall, excellent!!!
14/03/2026: Superb experience! The quality of the pizza and ingredients was excellent, and the dough was truly delicious. The service was attentive and courteous, and the desserts also deserve a special mention (torta delle rose and Basque cheesecake). The prices were fair! Congratulations!

Trattoria la Fiasca

14/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance in a small alley in Sirmione. And what a surprise! The food is excellent—very refined and sophisticated. Great value for money. The service was also top-notch.
05/01/2026: A nice, typical trattoria where quality and price are in line! I was satisfied with both the service and the food. It's a bit small, but let's say that when you have to talk about important things, you're in the spotlight! I highly recommend it, though.
