Serata in famiglia, ci rechiamo a vergine Maria, piazza Bordonaro per andare a mangiare la pizza da Ron pizzaiolo storico della città di Palermo. Ottima pizza, impasto di grani antichi, levitazione ottima non tropo morbida né gommosa, cottura ottima. una pizza buona e senza tempo.

very good pizza local spots without many tourists

We went for lunch at 1:30pm because it was close to the spiaggia Vergie Marie where we were. We asked to eat there, they didn't seem too prepared but they offered us a table. Once at the table we told each other that we couldn't order any pizza or similar that has to be baked in the oven. Of the starters we were also told that some could not be ordered. Finally we decide to order classic pasta. Spaghetti carbonara and macaroni with mushroom sauce (when the order was placed, the cook left the kitchen to tell the waitress who had taken the order that he could not make the macaroni... all very close to the table where they were where we noticed everything). Finally, after a long wait, the dishes arrived. The truth was not bad but it could be improved a lot. The spaghetti was very hard (rather than al dente) and the carbonara sauce had small pieces of the egg shell which spread it quite a bit... the macaroni was correct and the price correct.

cibo discreto. Nulla di eccezionale. Servizio scadente. cassiere e impiegate arrabbiate,come se le costringessero a lavorare. Non si usa il saluto, grazie e prego non lo conoscono. Passa il piacere di entrare in certi posti.

Far from the old glories that distinguished it in the recent past, even outside the borders of Palermo. However, it is still a decent pizza, especially when compared to the price. Service to be reviewed.
