Miscusi is a chain spaghetti restaurant in Milan. You place your order using a wooden cube with a QR code on the table. Their website is great — it lists all the ingredients of each dish. I had the Tricolore Sbagliato, made with paccheri, spicy Mediterranean pesto, stracciatella, and pistachio. I really liked this combination and the flavor. However, the paccheri wasn’t al dente — it was too hard and dry, almost rubbery, so I couldn’t finish it🙏

Sfiziosa e buona la proposta gastronomica dagli antipasti anche da condividere alle paste e ottimi i dolci. Particolarmente sorpreso positivamente dal pesto e dalle polpette, piatti che utilizzo come test qualitativo delle materie prime e della cucina. Molto cordiali e disponibili i ragazzi del servizio al tavolo, che rendono piacevole l'esperienza. Top se ci fosse un filo di spazio in più tra le sedie, le fioriere ed il marciapiede.

20/04/2026: Absolute confirmation! "This is the second time in a month that I've returned to this restaurant, and I confirm every single star. In a scene like Milan's, finding a place where the ingredients are so excellent and the flavors so refined is rare. I felt literally pampered: from the attentive service to the freshness of the fish, every dish tells a story of quality. It has now become my safe haven for special occasions."

18/04/2026: Simple place, short menu but my goodness their pasta is excellent. Perfectly cooked, and exactly right.
10/04/2026: I actually decided to go to this place because I noticed on Instagram that the chef from Andersen Bakery in Copenhagen is following it. And good chefs know the best places. Words cannot describe how tasty it was. We ordered ravioli and got a mix with three different fillings — and they were all amazing. Industrial ravioli all tastes the same, no matter what the filling is. Here, you can really taste the difference and the high quality of the ingredients. The simple sauce of butter and sage helps you enjoy the natural taste of the dough and the fillings. And all of that on a sunny day, in a relaxed atmosphere far away from the crowds. I could only dream of having a lunch like that every single day.
