Super recommended hotel, excellent location, well-furnished and comfortable rooms, they accept dogs, also offering our 4-legged friends a kennel with bowls and welcome kit, attentive and kind staff.......but the real highlight of all The highlight is the restaurant, in addition to the delicious breakfasts, the dinner menu varies every evening offering highly refined dishes with excellent raw materials and very interesting proposals for vegetarian/vegan customers. What can I say, we will definitely be back. Compliments.

Everything was perfect, the stay was very pleasant, the rooms were clean, tidy and all new, breakfast was perfect, the spa was really pleasant.

Really welcoming place, with a beautiful view of the mountains, it has many services such as sauna, Finnish sauna. In any case, trying is believing. I was very satisfied

I went for my elderly father-in-law's birthday... what can I say, everyone was nothing short of exceptional!! New rooms, very comfortable beds and beautiful views, fantastic spa. Professional staff, ready to satisfy our every need such as the cake prepared by their pastry chef or advice on routes to take... Excellent breakfast, dinner and then delicious wines. A dream. Unfortunately it only lasted three days. I highly recommend it. I hope to return soon

first time in this hotel.. what can I say.. the guys at the reception were very professional and informed us about the various activities we could do in the town (since it was the first time we visited Bormio). Buffet breakfast with lots of choice. A few days before the overnight stay they send you a message with the various services to surprise your partner, which I really appreciated. Perfect hotel location with outdoor parking and garage. Bathroom and room very clean, tidy and very warm. great experience, we will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and we enjoyed it very much. The room was large and renovated, the spa and the internal restaurant were very comfortable. Everything well cared for and clean. Some external parts still to be seen, but nothing serious. Definitely recommended

I spent a night in the hotel after many years of not going there. It has become more modern and really deserves it. I appreciated the room upgrade. New and equipped with every comfort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of parking also on the other side of the road. They offer a discount at the spa, in addition to the many internal services. A stone's throw from the center of Bormio.

I recommend 👍🏼 We stayed there for one night and they treated us really well, we slept in a deluxe, newly renovated room on the second floor. Convenient parking. A few steps from the center. Good breakfast and finally no machine for hot drinks, but there is a person who prepares the cappuccino and serves it directly to the table. 5 stars for everything!

We stayed for the second time in this hotel given the very positive experience of a year ago by booking a deluxe room, therefore the one that should have been the largest of all, with various comforts and we specifically requested a mountain view (having already stayed we knew the type of rooms). We found ourselves in a room that should have been lower class but passed off as deluxe only because it was renovated and not fully furnished (lack of bedside tables so we had to put things on the floor, Sky not present on the TV, small shower, no slippers) and a different view than the one requested. We mentioned everything on the first evening and also during the payment phase but we still paid the full rate, justifying that for them the room had undergone an upgrade because it had been renovated. Positive note: the truly rich and excellent breakfast with very friendly staff and the location a few steps from the center but away from the confusion. We also chose to have dinner in the hotel which confirmed the idea we had during breakfast, that is, an excellent quality dinner with very helpful and friendly staff. The only flaws are the high cost of the wines for the type and no discounts for being guests of the hotel. We often stay in 4 or 5 star hotels and it has never happened to us that we had rooms different from those offered on the site when booking or that we were not informed that the services requested do not reflect what was offered. During the payment phase we would have expected at least an apology.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great time… very welcoming hotel with an excellent indoor spa for very cold days… Very welcoming rooms, very good and plentiful breakfast included. Excellent location, also convenient for reaching the Bormio spa…
