Miramare In

Visited the town of Portovenere, beautiful town. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong restaurant. The service was way too fast. First you get off the street and then hophophop order, water, drinks and food. What a terrible pace. No fun. That's why I didn't spend much there. This can be done differently.

We returned after a while to this place on the Portovenere cove. Appetizers and fried food as good as we remembered, special mention for the first courses, one better than the other: linguine with scampi tartare and spaghetti ricci and bottarga! See you next time!!!

We had the tourist menu with spaghetti frutti di mare and fried fish for 25 euros. Very good and a nice atmosphere. We'd be happy to go back.

Excellent dinner... friendly and nice staff... super price for being in Portovenere

Positive experience. The proposal of the 2 menus was spot on. Waiters were kind and attentive. The general quality of the dishes offered was good. At the end of the meal we were given 2 sorbets that were not included in one of the two menus.

I've been three times in the last year and I've always had a good time. Good food and above all perfect service. The wait staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease

It seemed touristy, but the food was excellent! The restaurant seems like a classic tourist restaurant where one eats average food, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. We had linguine allo scoglio and a grilled fish (made up of everything: shrimp, swordfish, lobster, calamari, octopus, tuna, sea bream or sea bass, I can't say but it was good anyway, grilled very well) really excellent! Do we want to give a special mention to the waiters? And let's give it to them! Friendly and attentive, guys if you ever read this review all my admiration and respect for going up and down the stairs without spilling anything. Note to the owners. Never fire the blond waiter with the scar on his face. Unless he leaves of course, but that's another story. I don't know if it's the best restaurant in Porto Venere, but it's not as touristy as it seems, in fact it's worth trying!

Very good restaurant, quality and quantity are there, very nice shaded terrace, the prices are correct, not including the price of table service and 3€ extra per person.
