Our family of four, including two teenagers, had the absolute pleasure of dining at this hidden gem nestled within a 14th-century Trullo home in Puglia, and it was, without a doubt, the most perfect and memorable experience of our entire Italian trip. This family-owned restaurant is an absolute must-visit when in the region. From the moment we stepped inside, the attention to detail was impeccable. The ambiance of dining within such a historic and unique structure was truly enchanting. But it wasn't just the setting that impressed us – the dishes were simply the best we had during our entire time in Italy! Each plate was a testament to fresh, local ingredients and masterful culinary skill. As if the experience couldn't get any better, we were even seated in a private section of the restaurant, adding an extra layer of intimacy and charm to our family meal.
