Mimì Ristorante Pizzeria In Bologna

I took two take-away pizzas last night without calling first. The staff was very kind and welcomed us right away, plus the pizzas were ready in a short time. Very good dough and quality raw materials. I will come back to try the fish!

Family lunch, the food is very good, the waiters are kind, the only thing is the dessert that needs to be reviewed, the panna cotta, in my opinion, needs to be improved a lot, the rest is all ok, I recommend it

I have known and frequented this place since 2018. Not very often. Only when I have an uncontrollable craving for fish, but I live in Bologna.. Well.. Ristorante Pizzeria da Mimì is a good restaurant and also an excellent pizzeria, with a Salerno style.. We immediately recognize its aromas.. I love the waiter who has been taking care of the service for years, always very kind and ready to satisfy every request, like there are no more, one could say.. Excellent explanations both for what concerns the food and the wine.. No flaws to point out except having few and limited courses.. But it is often a double-edged sword, so, in indecision I go there and often too.. Great!

An amazing find, with only Italians, as a tourist you would probably not stop here, but luckily we did. We stumbled in without a reservation and were told to wait a bit. When we asked if we could perhaps have some drinks while waiting, they turned up with bruscheta and inprovised a table with a service trolley. No better way to start the evening. Polite yet very friendly and warm service throughout the evening; our waiter was genuinly patient, always with a smile and very kowledgeable (so rare nowadays). Food was no frills but all about the produce, simply out of this world, super fresh ingredients and tasty yet respectful preparation. So good we actually almost forgot to take pictures. If ever we come back to Bologna, Mimi's will be on our list for sure. This is pure old skool Italian style and there is simply nothing you can fault. Exceptional.

Mr. Domenico and Mrs. Simona are always a true guarantee of Bolognese catering. Excellent dishes, from sea and land, high quality pizzas. A special applause also to Matteo and to all the dining room staff, extraordinarily attentive, prompt and professional. Thank you!

Torno in questo accogliente locale e non posso altro che confermare la bontà e freschezza dei piatti proposti a base di pesce. Il personale è cortese e ben preparato sulla conoscenza dei piatti. I prezzi adeguati ai piatti proposti. Unico piccolo neo la distanza tra i tavoli sempre pieni di clienti che risulta un po' arrisicata.

Locale molto carino e ben curato, pizza buonissima, anche il pesce davvero molto buono! personale gentile e cordiale.
