After my visit in December, I would have given it 5 stars without the slightest hesitation, but my July visit changed it and it deserves 4 stars.
It's a very atmospheric place, and indeed, it's a place, as the restaurant has tables on both sides of the road, plus a great courtyard. The coperto also includes a snack of bread and olive oil, which is available in the shop.
Delighted with the pasta in December, we chose this restaurant without hesitation for an evening in July, and even the photos show that the carbonana looks worse, and it tasted that way too. It's not a disaster, of course; it was still top-notch, but nothing compared to last visit.
Nevertheless, I still recommend it.

Very kind staff (and words are few), they were patient even in the garden with a small child, delicious food, reasonable price-quality ratio, normal portions. In two additional favors, they gave us a table on Saturday while the other shops were turning us away without a reservation and while there was overcrowding in the toilets, they took us to the shop next door.

Well, at Mimi's, the house of flavours... you eat really well, typical Bergamasco dishes with a nod to Roman cuisine... worth mentioning is the Pulled Lamb with red cabbage salad and pumpkin bread... and the Casoncelli...

Lunch with 2 people,
We came to only have 2 pastas, but left with startes, pastas and a dessert.
All the food was amazing. I would definitely

The service was friendly, but a bit absent-minded – they forgot one of the hot dishes. The meals arrived very quickly. The octopus salad was average; we were surprised by the addition of croutons. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was quite good. The cheese ravioli didn't impress us. The Aperol spritz was tasty.
