We wandered in by chance, but I want to commend them for their attitude and courtesy. Plus, the dish of the day (mushroom risotto) was one of the best I've ever had.

I went there for lunch today and ordered Caso Celli as a first course and guanciale as a second course. Everything was really good with impeccable service. Their panettone with apricots and mascarpone was truly excellent.

Excellent restaurant, delicious food, and polite staff. My only complaint, in my opinion, is that guests should be informed when booking that they may have to leave their table to offer it to other guests, and that they shouldn't be presented with the bill without being asked.

the foiade al ragù di guancia was rich and perfectly cooked, the brasato di manzo super tender (great with the roasted potatoes), and the Gaudes Riserva by the glass was an excellent match. Would gladly come back.

Each dish is meticulously prepared, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavors are authentic. Angelo and Kristian are attentive and know how to make guests feel pampered. The atmosphere is intimate yet lively. The value for money is more than fair, considering the attention to detail evident in the cuisine and the hospitality. In short: I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the best of Puglia in a special atmosphere.
07/10/2025: Beautiful setting. Good service. Simple meal. Chicken cooked well, but simple to prepare with arugula and mini tomatoes, no sauce. Ravioli would have been better cooked in water or pan rather than deep-fried.
