Great restaurant in an old building in Bergamo, delicious dishes and polite staff. We had to wait a while for our orders to be taken, which is understandable as it was New Year's and the restaurant was super busy. We recommend eggplant as a starter dish, simply divine!

Good food. The carbonara wasn't the best. Nice location in a historic place even if the tables are really close together, it's difficult to pass.

The food, Lasagna and Homemade pasta with mushrooms, was really tasty. The dessert was nothing special. There are too many waiters and you feel that you are kind of rushed out a little bit.

The food is ok, but I think you can find a better place. Fast service, the place is geared towards tourists. I came across pieces of plastic in one dish, the staff offered to change the dish, I refused because I had almost finished eating, they could have offered dessert as changes or shots of limonchelo

We ordered an entree (creamed cod with polenta and green sauce) and two mains (Casoncelli alla bergamasca and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms) and a dessert (panettone). The entree was a 4/5 - amazing flavours, the salsa was incredible and the polenta was divine. My only note is that it could have more codfish (but hey, I’m Portuguese so I’m used to the rich flavour of cod) The mains, I absolutely loved the Casoncelli and recommend it - the stuffing was tasty and the sauce and bacon were just spot on - not taking over and with the right amount of cheese and grease. The tagliatelle I was not a big fan - it was missing a punch and flavour (perhaps some spice or cheese?) Panettone was great! Nothing to add. Overall the staff was great and the atmosphere really cosy, recommend to anyone stopping by in Bergamo. And it’s dog friendly!!! A big plus here!!

Nice, cozy and welcoming! BUT: unfortunately I had asked for a copy of the receipt for my dinner which I absentmindedly left on the table and, despite my request, THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT IT TO ME! I say 'again' because I'm confident! After a week I have to add a star to the service: copy of the receipt diligently delivered via email: professionals!

I can say everything was excellent from the food to the service, the very kind staff and the very pleasant environment. Even the coffee was good, which usually leaves something to be desired in restaurants.... With a special cup!! Rating: 10 and praise!!!!!

Very pleasant restaurant. Cosy atmosphere, good food, good service. The lasagna and the mushroom pasta were very tasty. The mushrooms were fresh with a good texture.

12/10/2024: Comfort bar, useful for breakfasts, afternoon coffees with friends or even aperitifs with cold fried/appetizers and newly added draft beer. Large outdoor spaces, friendly and helpful guys who work there. There is no external heating

Every suggestion from the staff is always spot on, both on the dishes and on the drinks to match. But it's not just the service that wins you over: the variety of doughs is extraordinary. In addition to the classic pizza, here you can choose between wholemeal, gluten-free dough, and also variants with special flours such as spirulina or kamut algae. Each type of dough is prepared with care and passion, offering a taste and consistency that satisfies all palates. The combination of attentive and competent staff and the possibility of choosing between different dough options makes this pizzeria an unmissable stop for a relaxing and pleasant evening. 24/12/2024: I went to Cris & Bio and I have to say it was love at first bite! Wholemeal dough is something incredible: light, crunchy and super digestible. You can immediately feel that there is a lot of attention to detail here. Mortadella and pistachio pizza? A real bomb! The ingredients are very fresh and combine perfectly, so much so that I couldn't stop eating it. The place is welcoming, and Pamela and Cristiano, the owners, are uniquely kind. You can see that they put their heart into everything they do, and it's impossible not to feel at home. If you haven't been there yet, go: I can't wait to go back!
