In a word: sublime! Fabiano is exceptional!

So My boyfriend and I went for dinner. The staff were very friendly because we arrived before our reservation and they still managed to seat us. However, the service was very rushed and hectic, despite the small number of tables and the place not being full. No one introduced us to what we were drinking, no one really took a minute to actually present the menu. The dishes weren't bad; we had the tartare (excellent meat) and the cuttlefish as appetizers, and for main courses, the beef diaphragm (which was really good) and the pork neck cbt, which I found a bit dry. For the price, the dishes weren't bad, but the service unfortunately left a bit to be desired. Little attention and a lot of hecticness... the atmosphere suffered. The place is nice, though.

I've eaten at this restaurant twice and enjoyed both times. The food was good, and above all, the service was truly attentive and excellent. The menu and dishes were explained in detail, and the wine recommendations were excellent.

The experience was wonderful, the food and service impeccable, both in quality and presentation. We couldn't decide which dish to praise more, because the egg, the ceviche, the risoni, the diaphragm, the chocolate cake... everything was absolutely perfect... even the Vermentino wine was stunning and served at the perfect temperature! We're returning to Barcelona with memories and a top-notch gastronomic experience.

Superlative food! I was truly impressed by the quality of the dishes: everything was incredibly fresh, carefully prepared, and meticulously crafted. Each dish was a true discovery, bursting with flavor and impeccably presented. The staff is another strong point: highly knowledgeable, extremely kind, and always available to offer professional advice. You can immediately sense their passion for their work and their dedication to their customers. A truly enjoyable experience from the first course to the last. Highly recommended!
