This evening I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant in the Pigneto area which really deserves to be discovered. The culinary offering is a true experience: traditional dishes, but revisited with surprising creativity and extreme care in the choice of raw materials. Beautiful little restaurant, welcoming staff and unexpected and delicious food.

Excellent quality gourmet menu, like the wine list. Very welcoming and well-kept place and the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff should be noted. The only flaw (which I wouldn't want to pass by as a flaw) is the sliding door which, when opened in winter, creates cold drafts which are not exactly pleasant. Passed with full marks with honors

A welcoming place like all the staff, a place where the smell of food reaches but does not settle on your clothes. A comfortable, relaxing place with music at a balanced volume so you can share in peace. It's nice to hear non-loud voices and relaxed laughter around you. The chef's greeting to all customers is also nice, arriving and finding him at the door to welcome you is like being at home 🏡. Menu in its particularity very simple and refined at the same time. Strong flavors that are soft on the palate. High digestibility. 😋 Complete with wines and drinks. Practically an oyster that contains a precious pearl. Excellent restaurant with friendly staff. I would disagree with other reviewers that the portion sizes were too small…we thought they were the perfect size and made with great ingredients. Will definitely return. Thank you Mile Pigneto!

Small but very nice restaurant. Excellent and abundant first courses, second course with fried porcini mushrooms and really interesting ricotta. excellent service, he recommended an excellent wine that went well with all the dishes ordered.

Cute spot, small and cozy. The place was mostly full but somehow it was all with one front of house, one dishwasher and the owner/chef. Ordered the eggplant “meatballs”, zucchini flan (was kind of like a chawanmushi) and some porcini fries to start. The flan had an interesting texture, and was much lighter than I expected. For primi, had a pasta with veal ragu sauce, an amatricione with prosciutto instead of pancetta, and a gnochetti. The veal was standout of the night The mains were a tender soy glazed pork belly, a tuna tataki, and a rabbit tornado served with a chicken liver mousse. The tuna was a bit of a miss, not tasting the freshest, but the rabbit was just amazing, juicy and flavourful, with good caramelization, and the mousse was liver done right. Desserts were good, as was the wine, and the bill was quite reasonable for the quality and taste. We got pretty tipsy from the bottles of wine, but the staff were friendly and patient with us, and helped us get a taxi at the end of the night
