had an absolutely wonderful time at Um Roms Mille Pigneto. The service was superb - our waiter was professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was incredibly fresh and exceptional in both flavor and presentation. Every dish tasted like it was made with care and high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience in Pigneto - I'll definitely be coming back!

It's like being confronted with attentive, knowledgeable, and humorous staff, and light, fresh, and unique dishes that leave you feeling like you've just eaten at your mom's house, a 3-point-zero version. A restaurant to recommand to anyone going to Rome. My wife and I loved it so much that we decided to go back a second time in 3 days. All the starters need to be tried if they're still on the menu: - The anchovies with the cooked pepper were delicious. - The fried egg with the truffles was really good. - The beef tartare with the cooked foie gras was perfectly balanced. The pastas are definitely to try (and the portions are generous). We had the monkfish ink pastas and the calamarata... 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 Finally, the Thai beef diaphragm really surprised us. From the presentation to the taste, everything was splendidly done. Bravo!
