Michelemma In Bologna

I've been going there since it opened (a couple of decades). Everything is excellent, from pizza to fish, from meat to desserts. Excellent quality products. Exceptional staff. They have an agreement with parking nearby

Definitely one of the reference points for eating fish in Bologna. After going several times to eat fish, yesterday we went for pizza. What can I say, simply delicious. Attentive and friendly staff, welcoming environment even if not very large, prices to be honest, a little high although not disproportionate. Well done!

I'm 50 years old, I'm from Bologna and I had never been to this pizzeria, what did I miss! I went with my girlfriend and my 3 year old daughter for a pizza after a game at the Paladozza. The place makes you feel like you're in a modern Neapolitan pizzeria but with the traits of their entire history. The staff is definitely welcoming and attentive and took care of all my daughter's bizarre requests. When the pizza arrived we were pleasantly surprised by its decidedly traditional appearance and its aroma but what impressed us was its taste, you can tell it's a pizza with a dough made really well and left to rest for the right amount of time. I would add that the same pizza was reheated the next day because my daughter hadn't finished it all and tasted it and it turned out to be delicious anyway, I've never tried anything like it. Finally I'll close with the bill which is perfectly in line with many other pizzerias where the pizza is definitely not at this level, so positive. What can I say, more than 5 stars cannot be given, keep it up, we will definitely come back to visit you. Stefano Marika Gaia

Very beautiful location with a maritime theme. Really friendly, helpful and very professional staff The cuisine is of the highest level, truly exquisite dishes. The fish is fresh and delicious. Right portions and excellent raw materials but a lot of pasta and little fish therefore the price is a little high, friendly staff until the moment it has to close in which case they will throw you out but it wasn't our fault since we waited the first almost forty minutes I recommend speeding up the kitchen

Dopo molto tempo siamo tornati in questo fantastico ristorante e come al solito abbiamo mangiato benissimo puntando sui piatti di mare. Complimenti per la parmigiana di tonno e lo scialatiello di granchio. L’unica cosa che a gusto personale non apprezzo molto sono quelle teche con le aragoste con le chele legate. Un capitolo a parte lo meritano i dolci, quel fantastico Babà al carbone vegetale con i frutti di bosco e la mitica pastiera napoletana. Torneremo sicuramente

Es un restaurante bastante céntrico y me sorprende la gran variedad de surtido y comida que tiene porque por un lado tienen invernaderos para langostas y bogavantes y peces y por otro lado hacen pizzas sencillas bien de precio o sea que uno puede comer por ciento y pico euros y el otro puede comer por 20 y algo es un contraste bastante exagerado porque los precios del marisco y el pescado está caro sin embargo, las pinchadas también de precioel local es precioso muy bonito los caballeros son súper atentos no tardaron nada en servirnos la comida pero nada muy educados muy vestidos y el lavabo estaba genial que también es importante volveré
