Excellent restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, it is a gem, few seats (the saying never goes wrong, few but good), tastefully furnished, unique dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, excellent à la carte wines, very friendly and professional staff

Cocina cuidada de mucha calidad, con producto de la zona, y muy bien atendido. En un restaurante pequeñito, moderno y tranquilo, si te dejas llevar por las recomendaciones del Metre, disfrutaras de lo lindo.

Piccolo ristorante, trenta coperti, sul porto di Monopoli. Enzo, il proprietario, è un perfetto anfitrione, e lascia trasparire un grande passione per il suo lavoro. Poche portate ma tutte di gran qualità. Tra gli antipasti ottimo la tagliatella di calamaro. Menzione particolare per il Diaframma cotto a bassa temperatura. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

We've known Metae for a few years. There's no denying it.. Studied dishes, working combinations and remarkably good. No touristy and improvised but high level catering! Keep going...

27/04/2025: Excellent refined cuisine, good choice of wines, they cook the meat on the barbecue under the eyes of the customers, without coals. The staff were very friendly and polite, young in age but with experience. The owners often come to the tables to "pamper" the customer. Large choice of meats, from local to foreign.
