A wonderful little restaurant. The food is entirely local and delicious. The owner takes a personal approach to each customer. His passion is truly impressive.

This was the best place we ate in Monopoli hands down. We took the chefs menu and it was sensational. So well thought out, intentional, complementary, fresh, new. For all the sparkling wine girlies you must try the Bianca Vigna ❣️ the owner and chef is one of the nicest people we met too

One of the best meals we had in Italy. A true delight—the choice of ingredients, the quality of service, the attention to presentation, the combination of flavors, all with a simply exquisite result. Each dish was complex and delicate. A top-notch meal. 10/10.

Friendly service. More of a degustation restaurant, I had planned to get a single pasta and wine, thinking it was usual size, but was tired after a long travel day and didn’t read reviews. Tasty but small portions. My spot inside wasn’t the best seat for atmosphere but it was ok. 25€ for this and one glass of wine

The menu is well-structured, featuring a limited number of dishes, which I assure you will be captivated from the first bite. Chef Massimo will amaze you with his detailed descriptions of each dish. The wine list is well-structured, and the food is expertly presented, making not only the visual experience but also the taste experience truly special. The staff is attentive and friendly, with excellent presentation skills. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to spend an evening in a unique setting, enjoying dishes made with fresh ingredients and flavor combinations that pleasantly impress the palate. The prices listed on the menu are in line with the quality of the products offered.

Fantastic food! We did the chef's tasting menu. It started with squid noodles, cantaloupe mousse, and a special new variant of zucchini. The first course was ricotta and almond ravioli, shellfish bisque, purple prawn tartare. Second course was umbrino, sautéed spinach, green tomato sauce. Finally, we had a delicate panna cotta and a tiramisu for desserts. The chef is a master of a calm kitchen and delicate nuances in flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh and everything served was perfectly cooked. We asked for wine pairings and the selected wines were perfect with the dishes. I would be happy to return and to recommend it to anyone visiting monopli!
