Lampredotto really good, the crostini of tongue what can I say... a delicacy. The place is simple and when they can they do table service, Mauro is a sincere and reliable host and whoever works alongside him is up to par. Very clean place I always come back I'd love that...

The place is simple, but welcoming... they mainly serve sandwiches, but also liver crostini / crostini with radicchio cream / crostini with mushroom cream... 3 first courses (tagliatelle with Lampredotto / lampredotto tortellini in Lampredotto broth / spaghetti with Lampredotto) ..fried chicken and chips..but the absolute protagonists of the place are the Lampredotto and the tripe alla Pratese (with sauce, with the addition of meat sauce)..the Lampredotto sandwich (the street food of Florence and Prato) is wet in Lampredotto broth and super stuffed with boiled and cut Lampredotto, seasoned with salt, black pepper, green sauce, or spicy sauce...and it is truly delicious...impossible not to do it again...I tried it with green sauce and truffle sauce..my husband with green sauce and spicy sauce..the Lampredotto sandwiches all cost 5 euros (you can choose the sauces to season them)..then, I took the Pratese tripe sandwich (7 euros).. and my husband the kebabbaro (the version of the kebap piadina with the Lampredotto, salad, tomato, onion and chips)...always with the inevitable green sauce..it costs 6 euros, but I recommend adding, in addition to the Lampredotto and the green sauce, just the red onion and the french fries.. too many ingredients are not needed for the Lampredotto.. which is already tasty on its own..

This is the Italian Shop that you wish you had around your corner. Very friendly staff, great menu. The Fragello was awesome. Just a great place to go get a sandwich.
