The atmosphere is simple, not ostentatious but decent. The food is good, and the bread is very good. Suitable for those seeking ethnic Indian cuisine and Halal dishes.

We often go to eat Lampredotto, which we find truly delicious, dishes prepared very quickly and the service impeccable.

Oscar-worthy lampredotto, just after eating fettuccine... a dish recommended by the amazing owner and a lampredotto sandwich... so much to look forward to, and I'm already thinking about when I can go back 😅... be careful, Google doesn't take the ZTL into account, but if we have to pay the fine, it will still be worth it. Absolutely reasonable price, just over 20 euros, including a nice glass of house red.

The crostini are average and good. The lampredotto tortellini, however, are worth it—a reason to return! -- Returned after a few months and tried the special lampredotto (with mushrooms and chestnuts) and the Brandistocco sandwich. Both excellent!!! Highly recommended!

Welcoming, but room for improvement, it seems underutilized by those who run it. A basic menu but with delicious surprises and high-quality ingredients prepared with great experience and professionalism, and above all, following tradition. I tried their Lampredotto...first plain, then with Tyrolean green gnocchi, and finally with a classic sandwich. A rating? If there were a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it in order: Plain Lampredotto: 7/10 Good, balanced flavor, perhaps knife-cut too thin. Balanced and appropriate seasoning. Praezel and Lampredotto: 9/10 A good blend of Florentine, Tuscan, and Tyrolean traditions. Very, very successful, its true strength. Sandwich: 9/10 Lampredotto: Good, crispy bread and good quality. Gusyo and tradition are respected. We will definitely return and satisfy our hunger for tradition. A truly lovely surprise in the center of Prato.
