A very pleasant discovery of this little restaurant located in a typical little square full of locals and tourists, in the center of Civitanova Marche. The restaurant presents itself well from the start, and above all it stands out from neighboring rooms for its elegance and tasteful furnishings. The dishes are studied, cared for and of high quality. You immediately perceive the use of the excellent raw materials that are used. We ordered a mix of raw dishes, a first course and a fried dish to share, unexpectedly they served us a very welcome and well-garnished welcome dish, accompanied by a careful selection of types of bread and some truly special oil. all the courses were very good, the raw dishes well prepared, the frying with an excellent crunchy breading (perhaps slightly abundant in salt). At the end, before the coffee, they serve us a very pleasant PRE DESSERT with a splash of Tequila. When the coffees arrive we discover that all diners are served a box of mini pastries, confirming the managers' attention to their customers. Acceptable waiting times, price in line with the type of restaurant. The only small note, easily overcome and which absolutely does not hinder the plan to return to taste their dishes, is the service, sometimes exaggerated in the explanations (there is time for the starred ones) which takes away the lightness of a meal in a place of sea ​​on holiday and some "uncoordinatedness" between those serving, but these are small details that perhaps have only been underlined by myself.
