Il servizio eccellente mette a disposizione una scelta adeguata ad un apericena marcato da una forte propensione ispanica, con un prosciutto 48 mesi tagliato a mano che ne esalta la qualità. Indubbiamente consigliato per un preserale aperto ad ogni scelta.

Other times from Mix but always more satisfying. This time Massimo has outdone himself (at least after my long absence!). I recommend "the weekly tasting menu", the one with St. Peter's as a choice. I found everything amazingly good. In particular: Tagliolini (Campofilone pasta) sautéed with chopped mantis shrimp and its broth with poached egg; obviously the slice of San Pietro with bagna cauda, ​​turnip tops and hazelnuts. I'll stop here but there was more, including the various types of bread, to be kept on another table, no matter how good they were. Also good was the Florentine Maurizio (and Giuditta on the music) and Massimo's Piero Angela.

Mescola è un piccolo ristorante in una stradina del centro. Con pochi tavoli e ben organizzati. Curato e deliziosamente elegante. Il personale è cordiale e attento alle necessità del cliente, il menù è vario con ingredienti selezionati e accompagnato da vini di ottima qualità. Buono il crudo. Ottimo il risotto con la sua cottura perfetta. Amabile e prezioso il dessert. Ho apprezzato la selezione di pani. Sono andata due volte e non mancherò di tornare.

Everything PERFECT, from the starter to the small pastry shop, I highly recommend the tasting menu of the day which peculiarity lies in the fact that we only find plates of fish caught only in Civitanova Marche, the dishes that surprised me the most were the cuttlefish with cuttlefish ink sauce and mixed salad and "the ramen ma de citanò", they really left us breathless, for the rest all the dishes are still top quality and delicious, I recommend especially for romantic dinners or for those who want to have a different experience relaxing while enjoying excellent dishes that represent our sea; below you will find photos of almost all the dishes except the clam-based entree and the pre-dessert based on white chocolate, ginger and coriander. PS: tasting menu price 50 euros (excellent value for money)

Unusual restaurant recommended by a friend. We had dinner in September 2024. Special appetizers and unexpected first courses with a particular local wine. Very happy. Friendly and competent staff. If the opportunity arises, we will be back! Lella and Beppe (Turin)
