I booked this place for dinner in our first night staying at Bologna and it was amazing! All the food was great and they had a huge win selection. I loved the vodka wheel pasta and also the starter of potato and mortadella flan.

Overall very good vodka wheels are out of mind. A truly crazy signature. The poldino is good but tough. Let's say overall a well-deserved 4.7 stars. We return often.

Excellent experience. Good quality food, well presented and fair waiting times. We chose the tasting menu and our expectations were not disappointed. Very attentive and attentive service. Warm and welcoming environment and location. Fair value for money. Advised!

Impeccable! Competent and super helpful staff, delicious food and excellent wine list! And in the background a very welcoming place, with attention to the smallest details. In short, it was a pleasure having lunch at Casamerlò and we can't wait to go back!

Rivisitare la cucina tipica bolognese valorizzandone i punti di forza ma trovando una chiave interpretativa nuova. L'esempio lampante sono i Purple truffle, dei tortellini viola appoggiati su una crema deliziosa con sopra del crumble. Ottimo anche il tortino alla mortadella. Ampia scelta di vini. Un accenno all' arredamento molto particolare, che rispecchia la tendenza all'innovazione.

Sono rimasto deluso da questo posto onestamente Due antipasti e due primi senza vino.. totale 67 euro.. che uno dice.. se la qualità è alta ci sta Ma per dire.. le lasagne i tortelloni li abbiamo trovati davvero sotto la media che si può trovare a Bologna .. davvero un peccato per quel prezzo Un’altra nota un po’ così.. servizio davvero freddo ed impersonale.. che secondo me in posti come questo dovrebbe essere importante e messo in risalto

08/01/2025: Pigro is a small and welcoming place located a few steps from the central Piazza Maggiore, a perfect place for those who want to enjoy a sandwich with mortadella in a vintage and informal environment. I went there for a quick snack while walking around town, and was pleasantly surprised. The owner is a very easy-going person, who perfectly embodies the spirit of the place: calm and unhurried. His relaxed approach, between chats with customers, helps to create a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, even if it slows down service times a bit. The sandwich, although simple, fully satisfied me: the mortadella was of good quality, and the entire combination made me appreciate the simplicity of a traditional dish prepared with care (Tot. €5). It's not a place for those looking for ultra-fast service, but for those who want to stop and chat and enjoy a good sandwich and a glass of wine in a relaxed environment, it's definitely worth a try. A place that, with its style, knows how to win over those who visit it.
