Before booking this place, I was honestly intrigued, especially by the name. Then I looked at the website and the reviews, and so I booked. I have to say, it's a small, excellent restaurant run by a truly kind and knowledgeable gentleman. He exudes passion and explains the dishes with great care. I ordered the pappa al pomodoro, and I admit that before coming here, I didn't even know what it was... And I have to say, I loved it. My wife ordered the ribbolita, another delicacy. What can I say? If you want to eat truly well, this is the place for you, both for the variety of delicacies and, last but not least, the very reasonable prices.

We stumbled across it by chance. It's lovingly run and offered us a comfortable spot during the storm. Great food, high quality, reasonable prices, and friendly service.

We had lunch here last Sunday. Excellent food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. The menu features traditional dishes made with quality ingredients. Ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, Maremma tuna, Maremma buffalo mozzarella alla castiglionese, wild boar ragù—EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!!!!! ...and then the "cacio e pepe" dessert, a delicious surprise.

Qui ti senti a casa accolti da un padrone di casa eccezionale,uno staff super gentile abbiamo mangiato un ottimo tagliere di affettati e formaggi e una marmellata top,la panzanella rivisitata buonissima un pinzimonio un attimo da rivedere ,la trippa fatta molto bene, una ricotta super buona che dire vi rimane solo di andare a provare….il locale è’stato ristrutturato e ha un sacco di cose buone anche da poter portare a casa.

Locale non molto grande ma con grandi piatti. La maggior parte degli ingredienti preparati da loro o selezionati da produttori locali. Staff veramente cordiale, un plauso al proprietario che intrattiene la clientela con i suoi modi di fare amichevoli. Se disponibile provate la pannacotta di pecora con marmellata di fragole...voto 10
