Compliments for the philosophy they carry forward… tasting of their own and quality products. In addition to food, only wine and fruit juices made by them are also available to drink. We tried almost all the cooked dishes, pappa al pomodoro, panzanella, beans, tripe… everything delicious. Compliments.

If you come to Castiglione this restaurant is unmissable. Traditional Maremma food. We had dinner for two nights, the specialties to taste were too many. Exquisite food. The owner was very friendly and was able to recommend traditional dishes. Raw materials of excellent quality. Highly recommended also as a quality-price ratio. We will definitely be back.

Qui ti senti a casa accolti da un padrone di casa eccezionale,uno staff super gentile abbiamo mangiato un ottimo tagliere di affettati e formaggi e una marmellata top,la panzanella rivisitata buonissima un pinzimonio un attimo da rivedere ,la trippa fatta molto bene, una ricotta super buona che dire vi rimane solo di andare a provare….il locale è’stato ristrutturato e ha un sacco di cose buone anche da poter portare a casa.

Great traditional food and one of the most remarkable desserts I've eaten recently!
All made by them in a delicatessen style
The only sore point, the service - if it hadn't been for the owner who took the trouble to come and check and advise, the waiter's service would have been really bad
He took the order three times and didn't know how to advise... with only two/three tables present
Considering what seems to be the passion of the owner and his son in the kitchen, I would review... I'm sorry

La maggior parte degli ingredienti preparati da loro o selezionati da produttori locali.
Staff veramente cordiale, un plauso al proprietario che intrattiene la clientela con i suoi modi di fare amichevoli.
Se disponibile provate la pannacotta di pecora con marmellata di fragole...voto 10
