We ended up there by chance, without any pretensions or expectations, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience. We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then took a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (don't hold it against me) not up to the standard of the rest, although good and finally a very good dessert. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3). Total cost €106 for two, well spent. They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!

We went for the excellent reviews and to taste something different than the Umbrian tradition. Nothing to say about the starters, the first and second courses turned out to be rather small portions (in relation to the price) and not particularly exciting. The wait for the courses was very long: we waited forty minutes for the starters and fifty minutes for the first/second courses which arrived at the table lukewarm, not hot. It's true that the place was full, but we had booked for a few days. We complained to the staff who, unable to deny the evidence, gave us a small discount.

Un ottimo locale con piatti interessanti molto buoni, in particolare la Zupa di ceci e porcini, i porcini fritti e una fantastica tagliata. Ottima la scelta dei vini. L'atmosfera gradevole e il servizio decisamente sopra la media. Torneremo.

Restaurant on a cozy and beautiful square. Food was of good quality. The service at the beginning was slow, portions also relatively smaller compared to other restaurants in the city

The place is cute and has potential. The cocktails are very good. The problem is the service which is slow and not very attentive. We ordered four drinks and the waitress brought three. I requested mine and was told "ok perfect" but it still hadn't arrived, I requested it and another waitress said "no but we can't do this today" so I got another one instead of my original … It's a bit expensive place and for an aperitif you have to ask for the chips yourself. I think it's a shop policy but you have to pay the bill immediately even though there were few people and we were sitting there at the table, I could understand during events but on a Tuesday evening a little exaggerated. Furthermore there is nothing for vegans and vegetarians a bit the same...

Very good restaurant. Good airy location. Excellent music. And magnificent Cynar Spritz! To discover!

Peccato che durante il jazz festival non si accettano prenotazioni neanche quelle dei clienti che vanno durante l'anno. Da fastidio che il personale sia già stressato e stanco ed a volte risponda in maniera seccata nonostante il festival sia appena iniziato! Da contraltare la cucina sempre di qualità come le proposte dei vini ma non basta!!
