If you want to buy local products in a good price, this is the place to be. Is not as touristic as other areas in Bologna and we fully recommend it! We bought a 36M parmigiano cheese for a good price.

Interesting place to buy fruit, vegetables and other food during the day. You can also find bars and pizza here. More industrial atmosphere. There are toilets, but they are not very nice

28/04/2026: I happened upon it by chance with my wife. We wanted something simple to eat. The selection of dishes was more than satisfactory. Excellent quality, the strips of meat were so tender they tasted like butter. The staff was quick and friendly. You can also order fresh pasta. We'll try that too. Well done!
23/04/2026: I happened upon it by chance on the advice of locals.... Self-service with low quality food... Regular portions... Positive note: the low price... You can eat something for just 10 euros... I recommend it only to those who want to spend little and be satisfied with what the "Convento" offers.
