If you want to buy local products in a good price, this is the place to be. Is not as touristic as other areas in Bologna and we fully recommend it! We bought a 36M parmigiano cheese for a good price.

Interesting place to buy fruit, vegetables and other food during the day. You can also find bars and pizza here. More industrial atmosphere. There are toilets, but they are not very nice

03/07/2026: Very good, home-cooked food of excellent quality. Generous portions and excellent value. The service is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home, although there are some improvements to be made. It offers a beautiful view of Bologna and the surrounding hills. Highly recommended for tourists who want to eat a lot, well, in a place that feels like home, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

14/05/2026: It was my first time at Roberto Garani. Helped by the fact that I was the first to arrive at this ice cream shop/café, I exchanged a few words with Roberto. What can I say.... Soft, quality music, a glass-enclosed location, and an excellent conversationalist. Then, let's move on to the food. The quality and creativity conveyed through the details in the dishes won me over. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Marco from MN
10/04/2026: Beautiful location and the best gelato I've ever had. The gianduja flavor is fabulous, creamy, and dense. All the flavors are delicious, true to the name. Highly recommended. Sorry about the previous review, I made a mistake; I meant to give it 5 stars.
