The best place for steak in Foiano - if you’re doing a Tuscan road trip - please stop off and try this place for lunch or dinner - it’s authentic and genuine and simply great local food which is great value and not pretentious.

A rustic unpretentious restaurant in Foiano della Chiana that serves homey Tuscan food. We tried the pici all’aglione (pici pasta with Chiana elephant garlic and tomato sauce), which was a simple and yet delicious, unique dish, probably the best we ordered in this meal. The tagliatelle pasta with sausage and truffle cream and the filetto (Italian steak) from local Tuscan cows were also very good. The dessert selection was excellent and very difficult to choose from. The owners were very nice. Price was very reasonable. It’s a good place to stop by if you are in the area.

Recommended by a friend as a restaurant that never disappoints, we had a really good time: the atmosphere was pleasant, the idea of ​​the "hanging" menu was original, the cuisine was excellent and genuine. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

15/08/2024: Very close to the center of Anghiari, in the cool of the Campo alla Fiera garden, Cocoremo is an alternative place where you can dine or enjoy an excellent after dinner drink; all fruit-based with truly surprising and tasty combinations. Fresh products and dishes presented with care. The pizza is a little too thin and crunchy but tastefully seasoned. Courteous staff and fast service.

24/08/2024: A place recommened to me by a local. Excellent meat in an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The fiorentina steak was very tasty and in a very good price.
