Attractive location and dishes that are not banal and well presented. We had dinner based on asparagus and it was worth it. Prices a bit high. However, I recommend it.

Locale molto curato con una buona atmosfera e buona musica soft e tenue di sittofondo. Servizio estremamente professionale . Antipasto: capesante molto buone d ottimi gli asparagi fritti. Primo: ravioli alle erbette con nocciole e fonduta... Forse troppo delicati. Caffè non all'altezza (forse uno dei primi della serata)

The place is very pleasant and the garden is well-kept and welcoming. The service was impeccable and all the staff were precise, fast and helpful. We ate very well and want to return. An excellent discovery. Advised.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante il 22 dicembre a cena e siamo rimasti colpiti e soddisfatti. La location è curata e molto suggestiva, il personale si è dimostrato preparato e disponibile ed il cibo ha superato le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo preso due antipasti di radicchio, superlativi, i ravioli di cervo e il branzino come secondo. Tutto buonissimo, non abbiamo trovato difetti. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

We had lunch in this very welcoming and intimate restaurant. Excellent food and wines as well. Dishes also suitable for two little girls even if not included in the menu. Delicious desserts!

Spinechile Resort

29/03/2025: High-level restaurant in a very particular rural context, 'out of this world', with very few tables and a large window overlooking the illuminated valley. Very quick service, attentive to everything and kind. Taste journey in a tasty and comfortable style, with excellent pairings of refined wine. Some, very few to tell the truth, dishes not entirely proportionate in terms of taste and desserts that could be improved. The final bon bons are better. Overall, at a reasonable (not low) price, an interesting and stylish experience. Despite the criticisms added only as an incentive, they deserve 5 stars on everything. P.S. suitable for romantic dinners for two.
24/02/2025: Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene. It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained. Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed. In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below. During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie menu. For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.

LA LOCANDA DI PIERO

23/04/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying the 9-course meal at La Locanda di Piero - an absolutely exceptional experience! Each course was a small work of art, perfectly coordinated and prepared with great attention to detail. The price-performance ratio is more than fair for what is on offer: creative cuisine at the highest level in a relaxed, stylish atmosphere. We would particularly like to highlight the Baccalà – wonderfully tender, cleverly seasoned and with an impressive depth of taste. The mini burger was also a real highlight: small but powerful - a taste explosion that we didn't expect. The service was attentive, friendly and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. All in all, an unforgettable evening – we will definitely be back!
13/02/2025: Lovely place, very customer focused staff. Personally we did the tasting menu and it was absolutely worth it, perhaps I was expecting something more extreme in taste but it was all very delicious! The price is absolutely in line with what you eat. I recommend choosing the tasting menu.
