The goose ravioli were delicious, but the spaghetti with quail wasn't, which was rather poorly cooked. The rosemary tagliata was good, as was the goose leg...and again, the guinea fowl with chestnuts was dry in several places. Everything was a bit unbalanced in salt. The biggest disappointment was when, what I believe to be the owner, picked out a wine of his choice and decided that was what we should drink, without offering anything else, and poured it. A sensational choice for a place that seems to place a lot of emphasis on service.

Truly an excellent restaurant! Precise, generous dishes, adequate portions! Friendly, welcoming staff, and quick service. As you can see from the photos, I'm a meat lover and have nothing to complain about either the cooking or the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: A splendid hotel, in every way. Elegance, refinement, comfortable rooms and services, and above all, unparalleled kindness and helpfulness. Moreover, the staff is very young, a rare find in establishments of this caliber. Oh, and it goes without saying that the breakfast was excellent and varied. Kudos and thanks 🙏

03/01/2026: Excellent trattoria serving traditional cuisine, simple yet exceptional. I used to go there when I was a child with my parents, and now I take my children there. Highly recommended.
