We had lunch at this restaurant and were very satisfied. The menu, seasonal and full of fresh ingredients, offered tasty and well-prepared dishes. The environment is elegant and refined, perfect for a quiet lunch. The service was quick and attentive. A truly pleasant experience, to be repeated!

Elegant environment, good service, perhaps a little too hasty, discreet food... Reading the previous reviews I expected more (obviously it is always a questionable judgement...) Unfortunately, I must point out that among the various dishes we ordered, none managed to convince completely... ) ... Value for money a little too high. Overall a decent lunch.

excellent cuisine linked to the seasons and the territory, with just a touch of refined preparation. Land but also a bit of sea. Trained and kind staff, prices more than correct.

24/12/2024: Excellent and abundant breakfast (not included in the overnight stay). Friendly staff. Ample parking. I'm stuck at 3* because the room wasn't heated when I arrived, even though it was booked.
23/12/2024: Superb place, phenomenal food, recipes from the area, including Maltagliati pasta with Colombina and grilled meats

Tre Fonti

04/01/2025: Siamo tornati oggi al Tre Fonti, istituzione di Contrada Rodeghieri ed Asiago. Due adulti e due bambini. Accolti dal solito calore umano, e dalla cortesia della proprietaria Manuela che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, abbiamo scelto all’interno del menu solo in apparenza semplice, radicato nella tradizione e nei sapori antichi, ma dal risultato culinario mai banale. Val la pena menzionare il tortino alla zucca, il piccione ripieno, e la tagliata cotta sotto i nostri occhi nel caminetto alle nostre spalle, spettacolare come sempre (se l’ha divorata mia figlia…). Tutto buonissimo. Una certezza per grandi e piccini
08/12/2024: A fantastic discovery 5 minutes by car from the center of Asiago. We have I had a great meal, I would have given the service 6 stars but I don't have the chance! A cozy place, with great menu. we wanted to return the next day but there was no room. Super recommended!
