We tried the larded scallops, which were very tasty and plentiful. For our second course, we had seared tuna with herbs, which was light and excellent. Another main course was the cod, which was very generous and had the same texture as the scallop, soft and tender. The wine to accompany it was an Alta Langa Pas Dosé, perfect with the entree of pumpkin cream, truffle, and chanterelles, and the other generally fatty dishes. I recommend it.

The food was good, but limited and expensive. The service was a bit hit and miss: the dishes were incomplete and incorrectly matched my friend's order. The atmosphere was clean and well-kept.

It was a surprise to find a restaurant that researches and experiments in a beautiful valley near Bassano del Grappa. Low-temperature cooking, cooking oil, and excellent, meticulously prepared ingredients are the order of the day. The location is surrounded by greenery. The quality/price ratio is in line with what we ate and drank. Well done!

Antipasto: capesante molto buone d ottimi gli asparagi fritti.
Primo: ravioli alle erbette con nocciole e fonduta... Forse troppo delicati.

Spinti da buone recensioni abbiamo cenato in questo locale. I tortelli buono il ripieno ma crudi … pasta troppo spessa… e con scarso condimento. La cruditá della pasta portava un odore di uovo crudo . Il secondo decisamente molto caro per la guancetta… molto buona ma non con un buon contorno … e impiattamento non bellissimo … spiaccicata sopra un purè e sotto a ‘sorpresa’ mezzo carciofo sotto olio un punta di asparago e un radicchio (contorni non abbinati sicuramente)
un dolce vino e caffè 58€ a testa … molto caro
