The place is beautiful, it is located on the first floor of Palazzo Castrone, the connection between museum and food is a winning one. It would already be interesting to be able to see and remember forty years of technology that revolutionized the world and our lives. Instead we are also given the opportunity to taste the dishes of the extraordinary Carmelo Trentacosti. We chose the vegetarian tasting and did not regret it. From start to finish, an incredible discovery of very fine flavors expertly mixed with the freshest seasonal vegetables and those preserved in the right times and ways, special mention for the preserved caponata with Modica chocolate. The bread and butter are excellent, the fusilloni with truffles are a total dream. Pre dessert dessert and unmissable greetings, a wonderful pastry shop. The wine list is very rich. The rigorous but warm service, we felt welcomed. Nice evening!

An incredible experience. Delicious food (we tried the contamination menu and the vegetarian one), served impeccably. Professional and very kind staff, being able to talk to the chef at the end of dinner was very pleasant. Enchanting atmosphere inside the museum with the guidance of the owner who we met before leaving and who made the experience even more interesting and complete by explaining and telling us about every object present.

I can't help but give an excellent review of this place, which simply defining a "place" would be an understatement. It is a real journey, where fans of the Apple world find their dimension without even looking for it. The attention to detail, which the Apple user expects, is here not only respected but even exceeded. Special thanks go to the owner, Giuseppe, an extraordinary person, deeply immersed in the Apple world like no other. His collection boasts pieces that are literally unique in the world, which he shares with great passion and generosity with anyone who has the desire to discover them. As for the restaurant, it is a tasting experience perfectly in line with the path just described. The flavors are excellent, the result of a fusion between two geographically distant worlds, which manage to enhance local products with an aesthetic and philosophy inspired by the Cupertino giant. A virtual round of applause to all the staff, to Giuseppe and his extraordinary passion, which we proudly share.

A wonderful restaurant in Palermo. The restaurant setting with multiple Apple products and Steve Jobs looking at you is an experience. The service is very attentive and the wine absolutely delicious. The food is deserving of their Michelin star. Delightful. If I ever come back to Palermo, I will pay a visit again.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Even though we didn't have a booking they were able to modify several of their dishes so that they were vegan. The appetizer I had was divine, and my husband really enjoyed one of the (non-vegan) desserts. The owner of this place is a huge Steve Jobs fan so this restaurant doubles as a mini museum for Apple - quite interesting and fun. However, just in case, if you have dietary requirements, I would recommend letting them know in advance.

A great setting in a palazzo close to the cathedral. You'd expect the food at a Michelin starred place to be exceptional. And it was. You'd expect good, unobtrusive, service. But when, having checked the room for waiters and found none, I reached out to the ice bucket of chilled wine I was nonplussed to find a hitherto invisible waiter had got there before me. Are these guys aliens, with extraordinary powers of observation and anticipation?
