We've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, which recently received a Michelin star. We were not disappointed! The setting is sumptuous, and the service very attentive. We chose the “Contaminations” menu with the wine pairing. Livia, our Chef, accompanied us along this dinner journey, discovering Sicilian flavors revisited with a gourmet touch. Each dish was a very nice surprise, and the wines were very well chosen. We loved every moment of this experience!

Beautiful restaurant and museum combo. The food and service were 10+ stars, the flavours were so good with a true Sicilian focus. The presentation along with wine selections were amazing. Can’t say enough about this place, we came twice while in Palermo and want to come again for the fall/winter. The first time we did the tasting menu with the wine accompaniment, the second we did the al a carte menu. We even got to meet the chef!

Tremendous! We had the vegetarian menu and we were not disappointed. It was very good and the service is really good. We had an excellent evening.

I wish I could give this restaurant 4.5 stars. The food here was nice, and some bits were brilliant! I think some components were just a bit more lackluster than you'd expect from a Michelin star restaurant. We got the tasting menu and the presentation was fantastic! All looked very creative. Some of the courses were really incredible - I loved the Cuttlefish, the fish course, and the predessert. And what they did to pay homage to sicilian food traditions were quite clever! I just think for the price tag, youd expect almost all of the courses to really wow. The portions also were a bit large I thought - both of us ended the night with quite a bad stomachache. Overall though, we enjoyed our night and the service was excellent. They honored my boyfriend's request for a rose for our anniversary which was lovely and very special. The interior of the restaurant was also very interesting and weird😂

I was particularly shocked by the staff and the service in the room, very kind, the place manages to stand out in the details, in the flavours, and in the courtesy of the staff. Not being from Palermo, they gave us essential information to best complete our visit. You can see that it is a restaurant that aims high and cares about making the customer feel at ease. If you are passing through Palermo you cannot miss having dinner with them.

Excellent dining experience at this restaurant located across the street from the Cathedral. Each course was delicious and complemented each other. Dishes were artfully presented and described by staff when served. Portions and timing between courses were just right. Their wine list is extensive. Staff were pleasant, attentive, and not pretentious. This is a great place to enjoy a great meal. It's well worth a visit when in Palermo.

Locale stupendamente ristrutturato in uno dei più bei palazzi STORICI di corso Vittorio Emanuele, in piena zona pedonale e con vista sulla cattedrale. All’interno perfetto mix architettonico di moderno (con un vero e proprio Museo sulla Apple e Steve Jobs) e antico, servizio eccellente come Tradizione Michelin vuole. Lo Chef mantiene le attese nel suo menu degustazione di terra e mare con ottimi incroci di ingredienti siciliani e internazionali che si fanno apprezzare per gli accostamenti, l’equilibrio, il gusto e anche la presentazione.
