Meat art is located in the Porta Romana area of ​​Milan. It is a small but welcoming place where the meat tartare is the real protagonist. Here you can enjoy many versions of tartare, or carpaccio, with innovative combinations and presentations truly wonderful. A truly innovative and rare place, with excellent quality meat and normal prices. The desserts are also very tasty, I recommend you get the chocolate cake with ice cream because, as you can see from the video, inside there is a warm chocolate heart that will make you fall in love. If you want to taste the art of tartare, all you have to do is book a table!

An intimate place that encourages conversation, the staff is very kind and helpful, the tartares are all excellent and prepared in very tasty ways, I recommend the "meat art tasting" to try three different flavours, and then the saffron limoncello is a gem , prices are in line with what Milan offers. We will definitely be back

11/02/2025: Sono stata ad agosto di due anni fa ed è stata una bella esperienza. Location elegante con cucina sorprendente e generosa. Il servizio dovrebbe essere però più attento (la mia borsa era a rischio), per un ristorante di questo livello. Piacevole la presenza dello chef che si interfaccia con i clienti.
03/02/2025: Claudio Sadler never disappoints. He comes to take the orders in person at the table because he manages his restaurant in person and not from some television studio. The difference is all here. And it is reflected in every aspect of the excellence that we were able to experience.
