McDonald's In Zola predosa

24/05/2026: We had four pizzas the other night, and being Neapolitan, I can say they were excellent: perfect dough, non-acidic sauce, and above all, flavorful. We were satisfied and will be back often and soon. Congratulations 👍

01/04/2026: It's not a pizza, but a dough that doesn't rise when cooked and dries out very much around the edges. The toppings are good (the tomato isn't acidic or sour, the mozzarella is flavorful), but you expect to eat a classic pizza, and instead it's more of a crumbly and light schiacciata. It reminds me a lot of carasau bread. It's a shame, because it tastes good, but it's not a pizza. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the place is cute, although upon entering, the smell of cooked and recooked oil is strong (perhaps from a previously greased griddle that had something cooked on it that got a little burnt). I'll return in the future because the promise is potentially good. I'm hoping for a change in oven and dough recipe.
