Mc's is still Mc's, but specifically, a touch chaotic. I've been there often, and perhaps the space is a bit small due to sharing space between birthday parties and passing customers.

I have to admit: I love McDonald's, even though I shouldn't. There are always interesting new additions to the menu, and my favorite remains the Filet-O-Fish... too bad they don't sell it after 11 pm! But there are also some weaknesses: the fries are often cold and become truly inedible, and more than once they've forgotten napkins or sauces. We almost always get drive-thru, so I don't know what the service is like inside, but takeout leaves a bit to be desired. Two stars less only because eating greasy, cold fries without even a napkin isn't exactly the best.

I've been twice in the space of 10 days. Unfortunately, both times the bathroom didn't have a soap dispenser, so I couldn't wash my hands. It can happen once, but not twice.

I find serving cappuccino in a paper cup very "sad." It takes away the flavor of the cappuccino. In fairness, I would ask that the photos showing breakfast served in regular porcelain cups be replaced with photos of paper cups.

02/12/2025: I give 5 stars for the service. The blonde Anastasia, smiling and very attentive to all customers, impressed me with her kindness. I give 5 stars for her service.
22/11/2025: This was our first time at the McDrive. The guy who took our order was really good, positive, and kind, and he really put us in a good mood.

13/01/2026: Located in the city center, it's very convenient to reach, especially if you're out shopping or visiting the historic center. It's probably the only place in the area where you can eat at low, affordable prices, which is why it's often crowded. However, I found the upstairs spot to be clean and the staff friendly.
11/01/2026: Too crowded! The food is unhealthy!
