I've been twice in the space of 10 days. Unfortunately, both times the bathroom didn't have a soap dispenser, so I couldn't wash my hands. It can happen once, but not twice.

I find serving cappuccino in a paper cup very "sad." It takes away the flavor of the cappuccino. In fairness, I would ask that the photos showing breakfast served in regular porcelain cups be replaced with photos of paper cups.

It's crowded and right on the border, meaning there are lots of visitors and a lot of hustle and bustle.
Something was forgotten in our order, but after I went to the cashier with my receipt, I was given the rest of my order.
Considering so many visitors, it was also relatively clean.
But if you're put off by the hustle and bustle and crowds, this isn't the place for you.
Standard but with that little something extra in the service. Well done

Terrible drive-through service, I'm not talking about all the employees, but about a girl with glasses, short hair, light hair, there is no education, there is no smile, there is no respect as a worker towards the customer.
I'm not talking nonsense, but I come from the same working environment as him and I'm talking about the hotel sector, and as far as I know, you work with a smile and the right manners, not rudeness and indecency towards the customer. Have a good day otherwise excellent food and atmosphere.
