Very busy here, but still food is quickly prepared, fresh and tasty. Staff are great. Had cheesy fries for first time in McDonald's FANTASTIC!!

The service and food are the same as at other places, but this place is really poorly organized due to the amount of people passing through, being right in Piazza Duomo in Milan. It's very crowded and there's very little room inside, almost no seating. There are a few outside, but in the heat, it's impossible to sit there.

It's a McDonald's, so we can't expect much. Fast food restaurants are generally disappointing, but this one was clean, organized, and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. The food was good, but always poorly prepared, like all McDonald's around the world.

31/08/2025: Unfortunately, this is a terrible review. The wait times are absolutely too long; you can't wait 25 minutes for three menus at a fast food restaurant, and it wasn't peak time. Plus, instead of six nuggets in the box, we got three. We opted for the medium menu and were given the small one for both fries and drinks. Unfortunately, we only noticed this when we got home. I'm writing this because it's not the first time this has happened. It definitely needs to be reconsidered.

13/09/2025: I went on a Friday night with a group of friends and had to wait over an hour to get our order. The burgers were good, but definitely overpriced. There are various games available, but it was so loud we could barely hear each other. Overall, it's not worth it.
10/09/2025: High-quality beer and burgers, beautifully presented. The place is bright and clean, and the service is friendly. They play board games. It's not exactly cheap, but we're in Milan.
