At McDonald’s Milano Duomo, we tried the cappuccino and croissant, and both were excellent—rich coffee and fresh pastry. It’s a convenient spot for a quick, tasty breakfast right near the heart of Milan, perfect before exploring the city.

This is the best choice when i am traveling and this McDonald is easily to find. It is located exactly in front of Milano Duomo. The staff is very quick, only few minutes waiting and dining tables are on the 2nd floor.

The place is close to both the metro and the Milan Cathedral, and I liked the fact that you can see the Duomo from the second floor while eating. However, being so close to one of Milan's most important monuments, it's almost always crowded. I was lucky enough to find a table for my friends and I, but sometimes you end up walking around with your food in hand because there's not much room to sit. The food is served quickly and there's no table service, but the food arrives hot and really well-made.

A packed and busy location...with a guard at the entrance checking the receipt to the dining area designated for the paid customers only.
Nice McCafe counter offers a variety of dessert and beverages.
