McDonald's In Ferrara

I'm returning after two years. I'm consuming on-site this time, and nothing went wrong, except for the memory of the previous visit where the drive-thru had forgotten some products and, after speaking on the phone, they invited me to return, but by then I was back on the road. Finding a way to refund the overpaid amount would have been appreciated, but not even customer service was capable of handling the situation. Otherwise, the standard was met.

Best in the area. Cool AC, no annoying loud radio, super friendly staff and ample parking space, including for RVs. Also option to eat outside.

Unfortunately, McDonald's is increasingly becoming a place of sad people for me.

We went to McDrive and want to compliment Angela, the girl at the payment counter. She was really kind, smiling, and helpful, which unfortunately isn't always the case. Compared to many other experiences, she stood out for her courtesy and the way she treated us. The service was fast but above all human. We really enjoyed it, thank you Angela ❤️!

I think I've gotten to the point of hating McDonald's on Via Modena. It's getting ridiculous. Every time I go to eat, something is always missing and something is always forgotten. Unfortunately, I'm an idiot and never look. But from now on, I'll always look at everything, item by item. We took away a menu, but they didn't put any Coke. Do we want to wake up a little? Are we serious? I'm speechless.
