great food not to mention the sublime desserts. shame about the stressed staff (some) who sometimes target customers where they vent their frustrations. Less customers???

Calling it a Bar is an understatement. In Isola it is an institution, you can eat everything from first courses to rotisserie, from ice cream to the most classic Sicilian desserts of excellent workmanship. An excellent place for lunch, for an aperitif or for a simple snack. The boys and girls who serve you are helpful, polite, prepared and very fast. I hope to return soon. Thank youuuuuu ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A quiet environment where you can have lunch comfortably in an air-conditioned room even if, keeping the main entrance door open, a strong heat was coming in. Provided with various dishes, first courses, second courses and side dishes and much more.

Very good single portion of mojito, excellent lemon granita accompanied by an excellent brioche. Returned after 3 years for my wedding cake, beautiful and delicious, as well as the mignon, compliments to the pastry shop.

Siamo stati in vacanza in questo paese e il bar Maxim è stata una tappa multipla. Ci siamo stati per colazione (brioches di tutti i tipi), per pranzo (piatti ottimi ed abbondanti), per merenda (gelato e granite top). Consiglio in qualsiasi occasione della giornata.

We were on holiday in this country and the Maxim bar was a multiple stop. We went there for breakfast (brioches of all types), for lunch (excellent and abundant dishes), for a snack (ice cream and top granitas). I recommend it for any occasion of the day.

01/07/2025: Excellent bar, pastry shop, rotisserie and hot food. Well-cooked dishes and a nice environment both inside and outside to consume. Worthy of note are the excellent artisanal ice creams, rarely so tasty around. Top top a reference to always keep in mind. Well done!

11/07/2025: My brother-in-law asked us to go to Apericoppo, and we discovered a really nice place. The owners and staff were friendly, the prices were great, and the food was truly delicious. You can also enjoy a nice Spritz or some good house wine. It was a pleasant discovery, and we'll be back soon with more friends and family. Thanks for the welcome! We'll spread the word.
08/07/2025: This is a restaurant I found by chance near my accommodation. The ink pasta was really delicious. The cream shrimp pistachio pasta was also really delicious. The sauce was so delicious that I recommend ordering some bread separately and trying Scarpetta (Italian culture of wiping the remaining sauce on a plate with bread).
