I'm not giving it 5 stars because obviously there are some great things...others are good!!!!! For us, the best is the aperitif and pizza...fantastic. But the breakfast was excellent...very friendly staff. If you're passing through the Via Emilia...a must-stop.

A modern and well-furnished location with adjacent parking. Large display cases offer a wide assortment of all kinds of sweets, both loose and in take-out packages. The coffee served at the bar is excellent, though not Neapolitan in flavor. Prices are comparable to those of other establishments in the area.

All the products, both sweet and savory, are handmade by them. The custard is the best I've ever tasted: it's a shame you can't buy it by weight to use in your own creations. Professional and courteous service; quiet and spacious atmosphere. You can dine on the heated outdoor veranda in the winter.

We often stop for breakfast or an aperitif even though it's not exactly close to home. It's a very nice pastry shop, with plenty of seating and ample parking. The pastries, pizzas, and savory snacks are truly excellent and tasty.

04/01/2026: My girlfriend and I decided to try this Roman restaurant, and we were thrilled. We had a Roman-style fried fish appetizer and two first courses: bucatini alla amatriciana and tonnarelli cacio e pepe. They were absolutely high-quality and delicious. My mouth is watering even as I'm writing this review! The service was friendly and well-organized. The bill was absolutely fair for the overall quality we found. We don't live in Medicina, but we'll definitely be back!
24/12/2025: Excellent food, spectacular artichokes alla giudia, also the Grincia and amatriciana. Very friendly staff. We'll be back!

18/01/2026: Very pleasant Saturday evening, Gaia was very kind, we will be back
08/01/2026: This was probably one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Jukebox cafe is apart of Osteria dell’Orsa. The vibe in this place was as good as the food. The jukebox playing the music to set the vibe and the food was over the top. We had the tortellini which was excellent as well as the lasagna and the fantasia salad. I would go back to Bologna for this restaurant!
