We were the only guests. Beforehand we took anchovies and zucchini flowers. Tasty. As a main course lasagna and risotto with seafood. Both have no special taste. Served just hot enough. A disappointment as far as we are concerned.

Yummy lunch! They have vegan menu separatelly🥳Never had courgette flower fritters but it was right selection, and...Spaghetti with pistachios!! Vegan but so richness in pistachio cream, perfect combination with cherry tomatoes😌Staff also has calm and balanced environment, will drop by when we return to Gallipoli!

Come quando un'orchestra inizia all'unisono e da strumenti diversi viene fuori un'armonia perfetta, così un piatto di spaghetti con tonno fresco scottato, crema di pistacchio e pomodorini accarezza le papille gustative e si espande con delicatezza e con incredibile equilibrio in sapori e profumi sconosciuti e avvolgenti. Una bellissima sorpresa! Bravissima Anna Maria. Da provare e ripetere assolutamente. A. P.

Arrivée un peu par hasard, j'y ai passé un très bon moment avec mon fils. Une petite carte avec des produits frais et de qualité, un service souriant et une très jolie terrasse, au calme dans une cour intérieur. Le patron s'est montré serviable et chaleureux (merci pour le thé :)). Un vrai coup de cœur pour la décoration intérieure de la salle, d'inspiration néoclassique et ses toiles, hommage à la maternité et à l'esprit Botero.

This restaurant is average. The table wine was too sour, the food was average as well as the service. The waiter asked us for a dessert while we were still eating. And it was not in the main season.

27/04/2025: Un posto che non conoscevo, ma ci siamo capitati per caso con la mia famiglia. Antipasti ottimi a base di pesce, tutto molto fresco, ottimi i primi.
15/03/2025: A wonderful evening with fantastic food! We had the pleasure of having dinner at Il Palazzo yesterday and absolutely loved it! The raw seafood was of outstanding quality – incredibly fresh and really tasty. The other dishes were great too, with honest, quality ingredients that speak for themselves. The warm service is particularly noteworthy. Although we hardly speak Italian (almost not at all 😅), we were welcomed with great friendliness and looked after attentively. The team creates an atmosphere in which you immediately feel welcome. If you want to enjoy great food in a pleasant, informal environment in Salento, you should definitely visit Il Palazzo and its friendly team. Thank you very much – we will definitely come back!
