We returned to this place two consecutive evenings. It is inside an ancient church and you realize it just by looking at it from the outside. The place is welcoming and well-kept. The service is very good and the waiters are very friendly and very pleasant! being in a tourist location, you fear the worst, but we were surprised here too: well-crafted flavours, excellently presented and plentiful dishes, good wine list. Well done!

Restaurant located in the heart of Gradara, a very welcoming place, a beautiful exposed stone structure that seems to be in a castle from the 1300s.
We went for New Year's Eve, the restaurant was full, but the service was very fast, everyone was polite and nice.
The only flaw in my opinion is the food, many dishes but with little flavour, if I had to rate it I would give it a 3.5.
I don't know if I'll come back and give him another chance, the level in Gradara is high.
However we had a good time

Locale perfetto per una cena romantica , tra le mura del castello. Le pietanze sono tutte buonissime, dai primi di pasta sfoglia alla carne alla griglia... ma il top è sicuramente il dolce. Consigliatissimo

After the visit to the Rocca, we stopped to eat in this restaurant.
The setting is beautiful and evocative and the cuisine truly excellent! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, excellent food, appetizer of cold cuts with very good and plentiful bruschetta, then I had a fabulous first course, MANCINI spaghettone, with bacon, carbonara sauce, truffle and pecorino di pinza... divine, I didn't take the second course because I don't eat a lot, but whoever was with me ate a 1.4kg Florentine steak judged excellent, then the dessert was a 10/10 cake. Restaurant to return to to taste the other specialties, and I will certainly return

We chose Gradara to spend Christmas, mighty walls guard a romantic medieval village, of the many restaurants we chose MASTIN VECCHIO, a charming place rich in history, courteous and helpful staff with the typical Romagna welcome, well-prepared and tasty dishes. They reserved the LOVE table for us, in one word fantastic 🤩 a small balcony with a single table for two overlooks one of the rooms. Ideal for a romantic dinner.

Stavamo cercando un locale a Gradara per un apericena o anche cena che fosse con una atmosfera ed una energia di qualità. All’entrata del castello tutto era chiuso ma abbiamo continuato ed abbiamo fatto davvero bene perché abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante che è davvero super. Locale davvero molto bello e curato, accoglienza da 5 stelle e servizio davvero professionale, siamo vegetariani ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo, crostini con un pane super, scamorza fusa e tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo fatte davvero come una volta e ravioli pera e formaggio spaziali.. e per finire prezzo davvero ottimo.. che dire, torneremo con i nostri amici molto presto!
