Pizzeria Largo Respighi has saved me on many evenings when everything at home was gone. You pay VERY LITTLE for what you get. A tasty pizza loaded with toppings and ready to go. Prices are for both out-of-towners and everyone. It'll definitely be in the acknowledgements section of my thesis!

It won't be the best pizza you'll ever taste, but they sell pizza al taglio at ridiculous prices. In fact, in the mornings they sell the pieces of pizza they have left over from the night before for €1.

They have very good pizza. Thing is that, not everywhere in italy you can get a good pizza( maybe unpopular opinion, however took me a while to find a good spot). Price for a slice is absolutely amazing(2€-2.5€) each slice. They serve fast. Keep in mind there is no place to dine it, so it’s only for takeaway.

Very tasty pizza at a fair price. A large slice of pizza cost just €2.00. The shop is inviting, and you can take the pizza to go or eat it while standing there. I really liked the shop's trendy, gold-flavored style and would come back anytime. Good food for a reasonable price. Perfect.

Fantastic pizza at a fantastic price, courtesy and kindness. Excellent ingredients. Unfortunately there is little space and the wall tables are extremely high.

C'era una volta...

20/09/2025: On a scorching hot day in mid-September, we found some fresh air in a quiet and truly quaint alley. But the surprise was the C'Era una volta restaurant, attached to the Hotel Roma. The Bolognese owners, the qualified, passionate, and kind staff—thanks to Alex and the Bolognese chef (whom we saw pass by on his bike). And finally... the tasting trio of first courses... Fabulous, definitely worth it to experience the flavors of Bologna and the Bolognese cutlet. Price is in line, so quality wins out because it's made of Italian flavors and people.
20/09/2025: A very good restaurant, refined cuisine, and a friendly welcome. A wonderful moment of relaxation and culinary delights in Bologna. Thank you to the entire staff.
