Don't be fooled by all the negative reviews, we must take into account that it is a farm and not a 5 star hotel!!!! The environment of the Masseria is well cared for and above all done entirely by Mr. Antonio, the owner who loves his animals more than the rudeness of people! In fact, the animals were recovered from slaughterhouses or, as for hunting dogs, they were abandoned there by their hunting owners! Our OLIVO room had nothing missing, we had 2 towels each, toilet paper, sheets and TV. In the common area there was also a fridge for everyone. The super abundant breakfast with all typical local products, certainly healthier than a croissant at the bar! We asked if we could eat in the evening and he prepared us a grilled meat which was also abundant, with side dishes, olives, hot bread, nduja, and finally melon, grapes and home-made grappa! Super honest price for having dinner in the open air 1 meter from the grill! Thanks Antonio, finish the stilt house well and we'll come back to visit it if we're in the area. The Venetians
